Based on the analysis of the present situation of SMEs innovation and the implementation of innovation fund for technology-based SMEs in Guangdong,according to the four dimensions of economic benefit,technological innovation,social benefit and enterprise growth,the paper establishes the performance evaluation system of SMEs innovation projects,evaluates and analyzes the effect of the implementation of the innovation fund for technologybased SMEs in Guangdong.The paper makes the following suggestions:expanding the scale of innovation fund,optimizing the structure of the fund and improving the supervision and management system,in order to improve the utilization efficiency of the innovation fund.
