Describe the relationship between select vitamins and Parkinson’s disease severity.

Background: Previous research has examined vitamin levels and PD risk, but there is minimal research examining the relationship between dietary intake and vitamin levels in PD patients.

The participant will describe the weight loss and mortality characteristics of ALS patients with or without a PEG tube.
