The reactions of alkyltantalum chlorides with trimethyltin fluoride were found to be highly dependent on the number of organic ligands on tantalum as well as on the electronic and the steric nature of the substituents. The synthesis of trialkyltantalum difluorides of general formula (RCH2)(3)TaF2 (R = Ph, 1; R = p-Tol, 2; R = Me3Si, 3) and the first example of the alkyltantalum tetrafluoride (Me3Si)(2)CHTaF4 (8) are reported. The compounds (p-MeC6H4CH2)(3)TaF2, (Me3SnCl . Me3SnF . TaF5)(n), (Me3Si)(2)CHTaCl4, {(Me3Si)(2)CHTaCl4.[(Me3Si)(2)CH](2)Ta(2)Cl6(mu(2)-O)}, and (Me3Si)(2)CHTaF4 respectively have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray structural analysis.

Adduct of a Five‐Membered Trisulfurdinitrogen Dioxide Ring with Titanium TetrachlorideReaction of S6N4O4 with TiCl4 lead to [(S3N2O2)TiCl4]2 (2). Single crystals of 2 were obtained by recrystallization from liquid SO2. 2 forms chains of five‐membered S3N2O2 rings connected by Ti2Cl8 units. The S2N2 part of the five‐membered ring may be described as a 6‐π electron system.

AbstractAus Li[PhCN2(SiMe3)2] (1) oder PhCN2(SiMe3)3 (3) und SCl2 wird das Dithiatetrazocin PhC(NSN)2CPh (2) in guter Ausbeute erhalten. Entsprechend gewinnt man aus p‐MeC6H4CN2(SiMe3)3 (4), Li[p‐NO2C6H4CN2(SiMe3)2] (5) und Li[p‐NO2C6H4CN2(SiMe3)2] (6) mit SCl2 die Verbindungen p‐MeC6H4C(NSN)2CC6H4Me‐p (7), p‐NO2C6H4C(NSN)2CC6H4NO2‐p (8) und p‐CF3C6H4C(NSN)2‐CC6H4CF3‐p (9). Die Reaktion von 2/LiCl mit AgAsF6 in flüssigem SO2 ergibt [PhCN2S2]+[AsF6]− (10) und 3[PhCN2‐S2]+2[AsF6]−Cl− (11). Die Einkristallstrukturen von 10 und 11 werden mitgeteilt.

AbstractDie Reaktion von F2SNCN und NCSCF2CF2SCN mit AgAsF6 führt zu den Koordinationsverbindungen (F2SNCN)2AgAsF6 2 und (NCSCF2CF2SCN)2AgAsF6 5. NCSCF2CF2SCN 3 entsteht sowohl bei der Reaktion von ClSCF2CF2SCl mit HCN als auch mit Me3SiCN.4 ist ein Nebenprodukt aus der Umsetzung mit HCN. 4 konnte als sechsgliedriger Heterocyclus charakterisiert werden. 3 wurde durch eine Einkristallröntgenstruktur‐Analyse untersucht. Es liegt im festen Zustand in der all‐trans Form vor.
