Objective: To investigate the effects of Sinisan on learning and memory in fatigue model and the expression of NMDA receptor NR1 in rats brain.Methods: Fatigue model were established by the method of swimming training and sleep deprivation.To evaluate learning and memory changes through Y-maze and the changes of positive cell counts of NMDA receptors NR1 in rat brain by immunohistochemical method.Results: The correct response rate of Y-maze was obviously lower in the model group than that in the normal control group.The error rate of Y-maze was obviously higher in the model group than that in the normal control group.The expression of NMDA receptors NR1 in rat brain was lower in the model group than that in the normal control group.Sinisan can significantly increase the correct rate of Y-maze and decrease the error rate and improve the expression of NR1 in rat brain(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion: Sinisan can increase the abilities of learning and memory in fatigue rats.
Clinical thinking is a process of understanding and rational application of the learned medical knowledge and experience,and it is an important part in cultivation of student' s clinical thinking.Correct or incorrect process of thinking directly affects accurate diagnosis.It is important to know the factors that affect clinical thinking,which is significant to teaching,scientific research and clinical practice.Five factors that affect clinical thinking are raised in the paper,for example,limitation of disease names,mechanical analogy of conception,prescription formulated based on Western medicine,static prescribing a formula,and regardless of acute and chronic conditions.
