The existing problems of image data col ected in EIA work are analyzed.A workaround was proposed based on super low altitude aerial photography technology.Analyzed the various techniques, multi rotor UAV was selected as a platform of low altitude aerial photography.The decive has the advantages of convenient car-rying, flight stability and so on.The application results shown, based on the technology, that the information content of image more comprehensive, working more efficient and the evaluation results more objective and more credible.The quality of EIA was improv ed strongly by Aerial photography technology of Rotor UAV.
To study the distribution of power frequency magnetic field(PFMF) at ground level under 750 kV transmission line in northwest region,the paper establishes a catenary equation-based 3D PFMF calculation model for the transmission lines considering meteorological parameters and span.Taking Guanting-East Lanzhou and Hami-Anxi transmission and transformation project as an examples,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the 3D PFMF in northwest typical meteorological condition,and gives a comparative analysis of the impact of design parameters on the PFMF,including meteorological conditions and horizontal span, transmission line height,phase distance,wire type and split count,split spacing,single-circuit line's wire arrangement,phase sequence arrangement of double-circuit line's wire and so on.The results show that the PFMF intensity at 2m above the ground level is much less than 0.1 mT and the PFMF's environmental impact around double-circuit line on same tower is smaller than that around single-circuit transmission line.
To research the distribution of electric field(EF) at ground level under 750kV transmission line in Northwest area,a 3D EF calculation model for transmission lines is established,which is based on the catenary equation with meteorological parameters and span considered.The mathematical equation for EF derived by modified simulation charge method is the function of meteorological parameters and span.Taking Guanting-Eest of Lanzhou and Hami-Anxi transmission engineering as examples,the comparison of the results proved that the model and the procedure are correct and believable.The maximal sag of conductor and ground wire,the maximal EF intensity,the percentage of greater than 4 kV and 7 kV region in electric power transmission corridor are emphatically compared and analyzed when typical meteorological condition parameters and different spans are used.The results showed that the proposed 3D model is competent to calculate the EF under transmission lines with variety of northwest meteorological parameters and spans.Among the factors affecting the results of EF,temperature and span are particularly prominent.
