食品安全是维系人类生命健康的核心纽带,由于受全球环境恶化和生态紧迫性的影响,食品不安全因素不断增加。基于黑龙江省绿色食品产业发展的现状还存在的技术服务体系不健全等问题,在绿色食品产业发展过程中要在政策扶持、科技支撑、社会化服务体系健全、市场流通体系的培育和完善、质量监管检验检测系统的建立、基地环境质量预警等方面加大工作力度并提出相应的对策建议。

The development of county economy should keep up with the chance of revitalizing northeast industrial base,dig the potential of adjustment and reform in deeper level,foster and improve its core competitive power.During the process of enhancing its competitiveness,we could integrate resource factors,play the leading role of market mechanism,optimize investment environment,and allocate effectively productive factors including natural resource,overall resource,human resource,information resource,technique resource,etc.Through optimizing these allocations and realizing overall boom,county economy can narrow the gap from invigorating northeast region.
