Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of 1.5 T MRI and CT guided VX2 hepatic para-vascular tumor model in rabbits. Materials and Methods: Sixty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly and equally divided into MRI-guided group (n=30) and CT-guided group (n=30). Rabbit VX2 tumor fragments were implanted beside the rabbit hepatic great vessels under MRI and CT-guidance in the MRI and CT group respective, to evaluate the success rate of tumor model establishment, puncture needle display and tip peripheral vascular situation, operation time and safety. Results: In MRI-guided group, 29 rabbits (29/30, 96.7%) had successful establishment of liver tumor model, 1 rabbit had needle metastasis. In CT-guided group, 24 rabbits (24/30, 80%) had successful establishment of liver tumor model while 2 rabbits had needle metastasis, 3 rabbits had metastases in other parts of the liver, and 1 had unknown cause of death. The differences in success rate of tumor model establishment between the two groups were statistically significant (χ2 = 4.043, P < 0.05). The fold number of artifacts at T1WI was 7.26±0.38 for the 20 G coaxial puncture needle in the MRI-guided group and 2.51±0.57 for the 20 G coaxial puncture needle in the CT-guided group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=36.76, P < 0.001), but star-shaped hypodense artifacts would appear around the needle tip. The operation time was longer in the MRI-guided group than in the CT-guided group (13.32±2.45 minutes in the MRI-guided group vs 8.42±1.46 minutes in the CT-guided group; t=9.252, P < 0.001). A small number of ascites occurred in 2 patients (2/30, 6.67%) in the CT-guided group; no serious complications such as liver abscess, jaundice or diaphragmatic perforation were observed in both groups. Conclusion: Compared with CT, MRI-guided hepatic para-vascular tumor implantation in rabbits might be a more effective modeling method. Although the needle tip pseudopacity of puncture needle is large and the operation time is long, the incidence of complications is low.

区域生态—文化网络构建有助于生态环境和生态过程完整性的保护,连续并完整的生态系统作为文化遗产资源的基底,对保护遗产廊道区域生态环境及沿线的历史传统具有极其重要的理论意义.通过适宜性分析方法并运用最小累计模型定量分析研究区空间结构及层次,确定"源"和阻力面,运用GIS的成本加权距离模块,分析其空间的通达性及适宜性,构建生态网络并运用网络分析方法,把廊道网络抽象成节点和廊道连接而成的网络.运用生态学中的斑块—基质—廊道的原理及α、β、γ,三个结构指数对网络进行对比分析,构建优化的生态—文化复合型遗产廊道网络.研究表明:单纯依托物质文化遗产或者选取自然要素而构建的遗产廊道网络会导致连通性不高,或连通性较高但回路较少等网络连通性问题.基于生态—文化廊道网络的评价分析可知,双要素廊道网络优于单个要素的廊道网络,具有网络连线数量较多、连接性较好,节点之间彼此形成了一个较稠密的通道网络等优势,能够促进遗产廊道网络的构建并有利于遗产的保护.有助于实现遗产廊道文化遗产、生态环境的整体保护目标,并为今后类似大型生态—文化网络构建提供理论支撑和参考价值.
为了缓解多目标跟踪算法中实时性的问题以及在跟踪过程中目标由于外观相似度太高和误检数量过多而造成的跟踪困难问题,提出了一种多目标跟踪算法,该算法基于改进YOLOv3与分层数据关联.由于轻量级网络MobileNet使用了深度可分离卷积对原有网络进行压缩,达到了减少网络参数的目的,因此文中在保留YOLOv3网络多尺度预测部分的情况下,利用MobileNet替换YOLOv3网络的主体结构,实现降低网络的复杂度,使算法达到实时的要求.与其他多目标跟踪算法中使用的检测网络相比,该算法提出的检测网络模型的大小为91 M,而单张检测时间可以达到3.12 s.同时,该算法引入基于目标外观特征和运动特征的分层数据关联方法.与仅使用外观特征进行关联的方法相比,分层数据关联方法使得算法的评价指标MO-TA提升6.5%,MOTP提升1.7%.在MOT16数据集上跟踪精度可以达到77.2%,同时具备良好的抗干扰能力与实时性.
目的 探讨奥马哈系统干预对改善养老机构老年人健康行为的效果.方法 将民办养老院的252例老年人随机分为干预组和对照组,每组176例.干预组采用奥马哈干预系统进行干预,对照组采用常规健康教育方式进行干预.分别于干预前及干预8个月后,应用奥马哈系统评价表评价两组老年人健康行为水平.结果 干预前,两组老年人健康行为各方面评分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05).干预后,干预组老年人睡眠和休息形态、身体活动、自我照顾、健康照顾督导及药物治疗等项目的得分均高于干预前也高于对照组(均P<0.05).结论 应用奥马哈系统对养老机构老年人进行健康行为干预,可提高其睡眠状况、身体活动、自我照顾和健康照顾督导以及药物治疗的能力.
目的 探讨奥马哈问题分类系统在养老机构老年人环境领域、社会心理领域、生理领域和健康行为领域的护理问题,分析养老机构老年人的护理需求,提高老年人生活质量.方法 采用分层随机抽样方法,选取河南省许昌市3所不同等级的民办养老院老年人共252例,运用奥马哈系统调查表、老年人一般资料调查表和老年人护理需求调查表,探讨许昌市民办养老机构老年人护理需求及影响因素.结果 依据奥马哈问题分类系统,养老机构老年人常见护理问题中,老年人年龄、文化程度、有无慢性病及能否自理对奥马哈系统的四个领域分别有不同程度的影响.结论 我市养老机构老年人护理需求较大,护理人员应了解影响老年人护理需求的相关因素,更好地满足其护理需求,改善生活质量.
目的 探讨暑期小学期实践教学在高校护理专业教学中的应用.方法 根据学院实践教学安排、专业特点和护生实际情况,选取我院2015级护理专业19名学生,采取"现代学徒制"带教方法进行暑期小学期教学实践,实践教学结束,自制暑期小学期实践教学效果评价表进行问卷调查.结果 护生对暑期小学期实践教学的安排、学院教师、实习医院带教教师、带教教师教学方法的满意度都较高.结论 高校护理专业暑期小学期实践教学可深化院校合作,提高护生对临床实习的满意度.

[目的]探讨传统保健体育对中医药院校护生心理健康状况的影响。[方法]采用一般资料问卷、体育锻炼等级量表(PARS 3)和症状自评量表(SCL 90)对207名中医院校护生进行测评,比较不同运动量护生的心理健康状况。[结果]小运动量护生占33.8%,中等运动量占39.6%,大运动量占26.6%;小运动量者 SCL 90总分及各个因子得分最高;回归分析显示,传统保健体育运动量可预测护生的心理健康状况,中等运动量者心理健康状况较小运动量和大运动量好。[结论]适当的传统保健体育运动对中医药院校护生心理健康有积极影响。

With the rapid development of data science and computer technology, hierarchical storage system based on Hadoop is being research. In this paper, we propose a novel methodology of hierarchical storage system based on Hadoop framework. This way the Hadoop cluster will not reach the stage where the NameNode becomes irresponsive due to excessive JVM garbage collection as the HDFS will not be heavily loaded. The experimental result illustrates the effectiveness and feasibility of proposed framework, further modification areas of research are proposed in the end.
BACKGROUND:Periodontitis still poses a serious threat to oral and systemic health condition of humans. The proportion of the main pathogenic bacteria change in localized sites was associated with the initiation of the disease process. However, the limitations of microbiological diagnostic aids rendered the diagnosis of active periodontitis status point-of-care or chair-side based on microbiological data difficult.METHODS:Porphyromonas gingivalis, a major putative etiological agent in the initiation and progression of chronic periodontitis, was used as the experimental subject. An immunosensor based on polypyrrole-coated interdigitated array microelectrodes was developed to quantify Porphyromonas gingivalis in pure culture, gingival crevicular fluid and saliva samples. The regression equation for the normalized impedance change (NIC) versus Porphyromonas gingivalis concentration (C) was measured. The correlation between results of the immunosensor and quantitative real-time PCR method in quantifying Porphyromonas gingivalis in subgingival plaque samples was evaluated.RESULTS:Results of the study revealed that the lowest detection limits of the immunosensor was 1.9 x 10(4), 2.7 x 10(5), and 2.7 x 10(6) cells/mL in pure culture, gingival crevicular fluid, and saliva samples respectively. The values determined using the immunosensor strongly correlated with those obtained using quantitative real-time PCR method (R2 = 0.91, p < 0.05). The immunosensor did not require any labels and amplification steps, and the total detection time from sampling to measurement was less than one hour.CONCLUSIONS:The immunosensor developed in the present study offered some insight into monitoring the change in the number of periodontal bacteria chair-side during routine clinical practice.

Objective To explore the relationship between coronary artery disease distribution and blood viscosity in women and men.Methods Of 2 228consecutive patients with coronary artery stenosis diagnosed by coronary artery angiography from May 2009to December 2010,514patients measured blood viscosity before CAG were included.The hemorheology was measured with hemorrheology tester(ZL9000PLUS),including whole blood viscosity(high cut,cut,low cut),plasma viscosity,red blood cell deposited,erythrocyte deformation index,red cell aggregation index,and red blood cells electrophoretic time.Results Compared with women group,higher incidence in men group had unstable angina and acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction(68.3%vs 58.3%,P<0.001;21.9%vs 13.4%,P<0.001),and had more whole blood viscosity and red cell aggregation index[(40.70±3.27)vs(38.16±3.76),P<0.001;(4.61±0.39)vs(4.49±0.36),P=0.002<0.05].Conclusion The increased of whole blood viscosity and red blood cells gathered index would been risk factors in acute myocardial infarction and thrombosis lesions.
研究了在熔铸法制备Cu-Zn-Mg合金过程中Cu2Mg形成的热力学自由能.计算结果表明,Cu60Zn37.64Mg2.36合金中Cu和Mg反应生成Cu2Mg相比反应生成MgZn2和CuMg2相的标准反应Gibbs自由能更低,在相同条件下,Cu2Mg相的生成比MgZn2和CuMg2相更容易.试验结果与计算结果相符合.

By selecting twenty-five samples form cross-border MA events that occurred from 2003 to 2008,the paper analyzes the performance of cross-border MA of Chinese listed companies.Results show that the performance of cross-border MA of listed companies improved significantly in the first year,but declined in the second year and the third year.We believe that the performance of cross-border MA of listed companies is unstable because MA capacity of listed companies are not enough,and point out some countermeasures such as promoting capital focus in the industry and implementing appropriate MA strategy and improving MA capacity to improve MA performance of listed companies of China.
