This paper introduces the general design scheme of USB video collection and transmission system based on S3C2410 hardware platform and WinCE operation system, expounds the general structure of the system and the functional features of each module, introduces in detail the implementation of each functional module for USB video collection and transmission, and puts forward the drivers of related modules and the implementation methods of the application software.

This article has carried on the network teaching and the tradition classroom instruction method by the contrast analysis, had pointed out the network teaching superiority, has analyzed the vital significance of the network teaching in the school, had pointed out several questions which the network teaching urgent needs to pay attention at present, finally proposes that only use the superiority of the network teaching fully, simultaneously also carries on the nimble improvement to the traditional classroom instruction method, enhances strong points and avoid weaknesses, can raise the teaching level well and improve the quality of teaching.

The Implementation of WLAN Video monitoring System Based on S3C2440 and Embedded Wince OS are introduced. and It analyses the design and implement of key modules, MPEG4 encoding module and WLAN module ,which is the key module of the system , and the implementation of the driver of MPEG4 encoding module and wireless NIC based on Wince OS.
