To improve the grim situation of power transmission lines trip caused by fire,this article analyzes current situation and summarizes the experience,points out the effective prevention measures of fire trip to prevent recurrence of fire trip.

Objective To evaluate the antitumor effects and the influence on the expression level of bax/bcl-2 genes of the hydroxyapatite nanoparticles in rabbit VX2 transplanted hepatoma.Methods 56 VX-2 transplanted hepatic carcinoma models in rabbit were established and divided into 4 groups at ran- dom,14 rabbits in each group.The rabbits were treated by hepatic artery injection at the 20th day after ad- ministration of 4 medicines:group A,injecting sodium chloride;group B,injecting hydroxyapatite nanopar- ticles collosol;group C,injecting 5-Fu;group D,injecting the medicine mixed by hydroxyapatite nanoparti- cles collosol and 5-Fu.The hepatic artery was blockaded.The changes in the rabbits were observed and the size of the tumor was recorded.The HE and immunohistochemical double staining techniques were used to detect the expression of the two genes(bcl-2/bax)in the tumors.Results Hydroxyapatite nanoparticles could inhibit the growth of tumor with the inhibition rate being 28.1%.The size of tumors in group B was significantly smaller than in control group(P0.05).In group D,the inhibition rate was 51.2% and the side effect was less than in group C.The positive expression rate of bcl-2 was 41.7%(5/12)in group B and 38.5%(5/13)in group D respectively,which was significantly decreased as compared with group A (72.7%,8/11).And the expression rate of bax protein in groups B and D was 50.0%(6/12)and 61.5%(8/13)respectively,which was significantly increased as compared with group A(27.3%,3/ 11).Conclusion Hydroxyapatite nanoparticle can decrease the expression of bcl-2 gene and increase the expression of bax gene.It can inhibit the growth of the VX-2 transplanted hepatic carcinoma in rabbits in vivo by inducing the apoptosis.
Objective To establish an improved model of VX-2 transplanted hepatic carcinoma in rabbits and study its growing features.MethodsSixty New Zealand white rabbits were divided into 3 group at random(n=20 in each group).The VX2 tumor tissues(about 1 mm3)were transplanted into rabbits' liver of each group by 3 different methods:Group A,injecting VX2 tumor fragment suspension 0.3 ml into left lobe of the liver under laparotomy;Group B,inoculating one piece of tumor fragment into the left inboard lobe of the liver through the puncture site in diaphragm side;Group C,one piece of fragment of VX2 carcinoma was inoculated from the puncture site in abdominal cavity side.The rabbits' normal growing features were observed.Growth was monitored by ultrasound and biological features of tumors were examined by routine histology.And the pathological changes were observed.ResultsThe successful rates of implantation were 30.0%,50.0% and 85.0% in groups A,B and C respectively.Under the ultrasound,most tumors were hypoechoic and blood flow was detected by color Doppler or power Doppler.There were no statistical differences in the maximum tumor diameters measured by ultrasound and pathology.ConclusionThe improved method is useful to prevent entopic implantation and increase the successful rate of implantation.
Objective: To explore an improved method of establishing rabbit VX_(2) liver tumor transplanting model,and to analyze the characteristics of tumor growth.Methods: Thirty New Zealand white rabbits were divided into three groups at random,with ten in each group.A piece of tumor tissue was implanted into the liver,and the volume of tumor in different periods(by ultrasonography),growth rate of tumor,biological features(histopathology) and the CT scaning of tumor were recorded and analyzed.Results: The tumors grew rapidly in 2-3 weeks,which suggested that the tumor-loaded time of models should be less than four weeks in order to keep neoplasm necrosis and diversion away from influencing experimental results.Conclusion: The improved method of establishing rabbit VX_(2) liver tumor transplanted model is a reliable way to establish rabbit VX_(2) liver tumor transplanted model.

针对AutoCAD与Pro/E之间数据交换与共享问题作出初步探讨,指出了可用于从AutoCAD立体模型向Pro/E立体模型转换的ACIS文件和STL文件,通过例子阐述了将Pro/E工程图转换为AutoCAD二维图形及将AutoCAD二维图形作为Pro/E的草图的方法,并分别简要评述了所使用的DWG、DXF格式和IGES格式.
