利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS_DYNA对活塞环用精密型材的轧制过程进行了有限元仿真,详细介绍了有限元模型的建立、材料模型和单元类型的选择以及网格的划分,得到了各道次轧制金属的流动规律,对轧件的变形及应力场的分布进行了深入分析,为成型轧辊的设计以及优化生产工艺提供了参考。
According to the theory of multibody system dynamics,the work process of hot chamber die casting machine is described.By using the software of ADAMS,real-time simulation of hot chamber die casting machine during work is analysed to find the variety regulation of the system's important parameters,such as shut mould strength etc. With the help of the software,it is easy to obtain the hot chamber die casting machine's optimization design.
A mathematic model for rolling process of steel 6Cr13Mo used for piston ring is established; and the large commercial explicit dynamic finite element analysis code, ANSYS/LS_DYNA, is used to simulate the process of special rolling of the steel. The good agreement for deformation of special rolling between the calculated and the experimental results is obtained. It is proved that the explicit dynamic FEM can be used effectively to analyze the special rolling of piston ring.
We design the ball-casting robot's control system based on PMAC of American Delta Tau System Company. We design corresponding control software based on the match strategy. It can be proved by test that the control system runs reliably and the control target of the system achieves the anticipative requirement.

The friction and wear behavior of wood fibre dipping resin coupled with stainless steel under water lubricating has been studied by using MM-200 friction wear test equipment. The friction surfaces of specimens were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It has been found that friction coefficients of wood fibre dipping resin on stainless steel under water lubricating and dry friction were 0.24 and 0.53, wear rates were 2.72×10-6mm3/(N·m) and 9.27×10-5 mm3/(N·m), respectively. Under water lubricating, wear mechanism of wood fibre dipping resin were ploughing and mechanical microcutting. Under dry friction, resin was pyrolyzed and occurred adhesive wear for rising of friction surface's temperature.
The failure in the main shaft sealing of TIANHUANGPING pumped storage units is ana-lyzed.Bearing mechnaism of frictio n surface is analyzed through hydrostatics theory.It is concluded that making the pressure of operating chamber vary with the pressure of rear wa ter is the key of balancing load a-gainst water film bearing capacity.Aformula,which provides theoretic al foundation for structure reconstruction of the main shaft seal system,is deduced.The material of original seal ring is made of wood fibre dipping bakelite resin.The durabsle temperature of the material is(150~200)℃.Anew kind of seal ring is made of corrected capability resin,KEVLAR fibre,carbon fibre and inorganic fibre,in addition,solid lubricants,such as graphite,MoS 2 ,Cu powder,are added.It' s durable temperature goes up to(250~300)℃,and friction coefficient reduces.Finally,a manufacture processing of the new seal r ing is introduced.
According to a large number of cutting tests of steel fibers, all factors including cutting tools,cut material,parameters of cutting, which cause fragility fracture of bow_shaped steel fibers, are analyzed wholly based on tests and theoretical analysis. The rules of fragility fracture of bow_shaped steel fibers affect by all factors are summed up. And then improving ways and countermeasures are put forward.
On the basis of detailing the related aspects of developing ARX, the method of developing application program for AutoCAD by combining ARX with MFC, is given. And it is applied to practice successfully.
