设计了一种全自动高速分离及冲模系统,系统集成型、分离、自动放料和排管设计于一体.分析了多个模块设计的关键技术环节.该系统基于DSP控制,设计了基于DSP控制CCD图像采集及多个模块,介绍了CMOS传感器与DSP接口、触摸屏、PC与DSP通信的实现以及基于可编程控制器控制模块的设计等.结果表明,本系统具有速度高、可靠性高、无故障时间长、误差小、操作方便等优点.
根据某公司生产涡轮压缩机的质量管理现状,利用Silverlight技术和C#编程语言,结合ADO.NET数据访问技术,研究与开发基于B/S模式结构的质量管理系统.系统摒弃了传统的纸质记录单据,增强了各部门之间的信息交流与共享,利用工作令号实现了对产品的质量追溯,月检验报表、产品统计报表和不合格品统计报表科学反应了公司生产和管理的动态状况,为管理层做出决策提供了客观事实依据,也进一步提高了质量管理水平.
This paper illuminates the relationship between the systems engineering (SE) process and the quality management at first. After explaining the concepts of the SE process and the quality management, the system of quality management and the interaction model of management processes are built based on the SE process. The theory frame is provided to analyze the process of the quality management further.
This paper summarizes the development of the synchronization control technology of the multi-motor control system. And a model structure of multi-motor synchronization control system based on the monomaster PROFIBUS-DP network is proposed, which slaves are intelligent including PLC, convertor and motor. The communication mode of MS is adopted. The control tasks of the master and their slaves are described. The last, a short step control method of output frequency is adopted for the convertor in the process of start and stop of motor to reduce the ill influence of some factors of equipments. It is the trend of development for the synchronization control of multiple motors to combine the technology of field bus with the technology of motor driving control. The analysis result of this paper can offer effective reference for the control of congener equipments. It is quite useful for actual application.
In recent years, Music video data is increasing at an astonishing speed. Shot segmentation and keyframe extraction constitute a fundamental unit in organizing, indexing, retrieving video content. In this paper a unified framework is proposed to detect the shot boundaries and extract the keyframe of a shot. Music video is first segmented to shots by illumination-invariant chromaticity histogram in independent component (IC) analysis feature space. Then we presents a new metric, image complexity, to extract keyframe in a shot which is computed by ICs. Experimental results show the framework is effective and has a good performance.
Plane four-bar linkage is widely used in mechanical products; it is a decisive factor to define the characteristics and output of crusher as the key mechanism for the model crusher. At first, expound and classify the critical parameter in theory; then ADAMS is used in parameterized modeling of plane four-bar linkage, according to the simulation optimization data of critical parameter in ADAMS, the relations among the critical parameter and influence on crusher performance are demonstrated after numerical analysis. Finally, the optimal critical values are optimized, which are applied into the design of a crusher.

Considering the drawbacks of regular maintenance, online state inspection based on vibration analysis is adopted to diagnose the locomotive working state, which can dramatically improve the maintaining efficiency as well as decrease the phenomena of over maintenance or lack of maintenance. Cylinder vibration general curve is acquired. Fault diagnosis method is researched by analyzing the curve and the practical fault. The vibration phenomena and the corresponding possible reasons are linked. By analyzing the cylinder jacket and cylinder head vibration curve with the method of vibration comparison value, the working state of all the cylinders is tested. The strategy proposed in this paper is applied to the No.0015 locomotive of the Rizhao Seaport Transportation Company and the practical result shows its validity.

This paper has investigated on the enterprise productive plan and scheduler module to realise the system optimizations and product quality improvement as well as some key technical strategies. The paper also made an analysis for the numerous resources entity and functional module of the overall system and formed a research subject on the theory relative to the reliability growth of the MES. The research on the case has a certain instruction function for the enterprises which are going to put the MES into accurate, real-time data improves the decision-making process, and the resulting decisions improve customer service for all related information.

How to optimize PNN enabled it to play a more effective role in the classified question, this paper proposed one use genetic algorithm optimization probability neural network method: introduction the auto-adapted mechanism genetic algorithm, to the probability neural network's parameter carries on the training, formed the supervised learning probability neural network based on the genetic algorithm, overcome the probability neural network existing algorithm flaw. Then introduces this model in the quality control, guaranteed that the production process is at the control state, achieves the quality control goal. Carries on the test through the simulation experiment to this algorithm, and with the probability neural network, the BP neural network carries on the comparative analysis, proved this method accuracy is high.
In order to assemble mobile-phone more automatically,with higher speed,and with better efficiency, an application of machine vision in mobile-phone lens assembling guiding system is introduced in this paper. By introducing machine vision,experiment equipment is designed to learn the performance of this technology and the feasibility of this application.Experiment was conducted and the experiment results show that machine vision is a new-born technology which is characterized by automation, high accuracy, flexibility and expansibility on functions.Finally,machine vision can effectively solve some problems in traditional industrial automatic equipment,and the future application prospects of this technology are prosperous.
As the perfect fusion of intelligent robotics and China's classic culture, Opera robots, two omni-directional wheeled robots were made in my research centre. They can smoothly fight with each other just as Opera actors. A novel trajectory tracking method based on robotic dynamics model and wavelet sampling theorem for Opera robot is proposed in this paper. The formula for calculating torque of each driving motor when the robot moves along spline curves is studied in detail. By experiment, the robot can be derived smoothly to track predetermined trajectory.
Quality Supervision is a very important system to ensure quality of railway construction project. Setting up early warning system is significant to enhance Quality Supervision work. Quality Supervision early warning should be studies and change the way of inspection after word to precaution. In this article, the basic early warning principle has been analyzed and working process has been specified, the 3D structure of time, logic and knowledge dimension is formed. What is more, two kinds of analysis methods based on contractor's quality data and spot checking data different quality data sources have been discussed: contractor's data and spot test data by superintendent. As a result, it is suggested to adopt spot test data to enhance the operability and reliability of early warning result.
Multimedia data of huge amount gets involved into people's daily life, bringing us a very important issue of efficiently managing video collections. Semantic content based on video retrieval is most effective for finding information and actual application. Of the researches of video retrieval, Bag-of-features (BoF) deriving from local key points has recently appeared promising for visual classification. This paper presents a method of video semantic annotation based on BoF. First, video clips are segmented into shots and shot key frames are extracted. Then it constructs a visual vocabulary to describe BoF through the clustering of key point features. Finally, the key frame is described as a feature vector according to the presence or count of each visual word. The feature vector forms the classifier under Support Vector Machines (SVM) for semantic annotation. We test performance of BoF on movie video and TRECVID-2007 datasets. Our experiment generates competitive performance compared to the state-of-the-art techniques.
Multimedia content continues to grow rapidly. To ensure access to growing video collections, semantic indexing of images and videos has become a very important issue for data access, retrieval and actual application. For developing and evaluating semantic concepts searching annotation techniques, it is necessary to predefine a large lexicon, construction of a large benchmark data set, and annotation of videos in a rigorous fashion. In this paper we developed a method of movie's video benchmark data set, which includes (1) design of structure of movie semantic annotation ontology, (2) definition of lexicons and concepts that accommodate consumers' needs, and (3) building semantic relations among lexicons and concepts. To our knowledge, this is the first systematic work in the movie domain aimed at the definition of a large lexicon, construction of a large benchmark data set, and annotation of videos in a rigorous fashion. We test performance of the ontology on movie's video, and experiments demonstrate that our method is capable of annotation for movie's video.
Video quality is an intuitional and efficient guideline for quality of service of the whole communication system and quality of experience from the end users' viewpoint. In this paper, we present a no reference video quality assessment metric using inter-frame redundancy of video sequences. Human eyes are adapted to extract useful information from viewed video, so we determine these regions of interests through temporal motion information and spatial complexity information. The quality of the frame is compared to its neighboring frames due to the nature of live streams. Finally, the whole video quality is based on these frames' quality. Our metric is focus on decoded video from the end-users' perception and attempt to be used for in-service monitoring and controlling. The experimental results obtained from VQEG Phase-I database indicate its efficiency and potential. Additionally, we conclude two types of factors that influence video quality, and two types of roles of video quality assessment modules during video communication systems.
Shot boundary detection is an important fundamental process in video analysis. A novel shot boundary detection is proposed in this paper. To improve the performance of the algorithm and reduce the computational cost, frames that are clearly not shot boundaries are first removed from the original video. After that, new features are proposed to capture the changing statistics of different kinds of shot transitions so as to identify, not only abrupt shot transitions, but also gradual transitions accordingly. At last, use different algorithms for different kinds of shot transitions to help us to get a better solution for shot boundary detection problem. Numerical experiments in a variety of videos demonstrate that our method is capable of accurately detecting shot transitions, and could greatly reduce the computational cost.
In this paper, we propose an ICA-based approach for assessing image quality. Independent component analysis (ICA), which is a kind of fundamental statistical model for natural images, could model images as linear superpositions of basis images. The features given by ICA are suitable for image quality assessment because they resemble the representation given by simple-cells in the mammalian primary visual cortex. The steps of the proposed approach are listed concisely as follows: estimation of basis images in the ICA model; image features extraction from reference images and their corresponding distorted images; calculation of image quality scores or scales. Our experimental results show that the proposed method could achieve competitive performance with other two typical models, Structure SIMilarity (SSIM) and Visual Information Fidelity (VIF) by being tested on LIVE Subjective database. Some factors that may influence the performance results, such as the size of sliding window, the total number of image patches, are also discussed.
