目的:本研究旨在检测银杏外种皮提取物(Ginkgo Biloba Exocarp Extracts,GBEE)中,5种重金属元素和银杏酸的含量.方法:实验采用水提醇沉法制备6个不同产地的GBEE;采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定铅、镉、铜、砷4种重金属元素含量,原子荧光光度法(AFS)测定汞元素含量:采用HPLC法检测银杏酸含量.结果:6个产地的GBEE中,铅、镉、铜、砷、汞的含量均在《中国药典》限量水平以下;且均不含任何银杏酸.结论:GBEE中不含银杏酸成分,其重金属元素含量符合《中国药典》限量规定.
Basing on the fact that glucosamine which is hydrolysate of chitosan with lysozyme can react with luminol-gold nanoparticles giving birth to chemiluminescence, a flow injection chemiluminescence (CL) method was proposed for the detection of lysozyme. The hydrolysis condition and the CL condition were studied. It was found that the optimized experimental conditions of hydrolysis were pH 4. 0, 50 degrees C and hydrolysis for 5 h. When the concentrations of gold colloids, luminol and NaOH were 0. 05, 0. 05 and 10 mmol/L respectively, the optimized results of CL measurements were obtained. Under the conditions, a linear relationship was obtained between the CL intensity and the concentrations of lysozyme in the range of 5 to 800 mu g/L, with the detection limit of 4 mu g/L. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of lysozyme in egg white.
In this paper,a sensitive method due to the determination of formaldehyde was proposed.It was found that formaldehyde could inhibit the chemiluminescence(CL) of the luminol-thiosemicarbazide-Au(Ⅲ) system,due to the reaction of formaldehyde and thiosemicarbazide.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the calibration graph of formaldehyde concentration was linear in the range of 0.2~15 μg,and the limit of detection(LOD) was 0.1 μg(S /N = 3).This method was applied satisfactorily to the detection of formaldehyde in soaking solution of melamine resin tableware.
目的探索并开发现场检测氯硝柳胺浓度的方法和仪器。方法在实验室条件优化和氯硝柳胺测定的基础上建立了氯硝柳胺分光光度计现场测定方法,并研发现场检测仪。结果该检测氯硝柳胺浓度方法的线性范围为0~8g/m3,检测限为0.015g/m3。现场检测仪规格为2.5cm×9cm×24cm。结论该检测方法灵敏度较高,所研发的光度计设计合理且使用方便,适于在现场推广应用。
