山地城市用地矛盾突出,地下空间对于山地城市建设发展意义重大.山地城市地下空间规划是根据城市发展总体规划,对城市地下空间的开发布局、开发强度、空间分布、功能赋予以及系统化利用等进行的全面长远的发展计划.山地城市地形地貌及地质条件复杂,生态环境脆弱,在地下空间的开发中,理顺地下空间规划与城市总体规划的关系,强调地下空间规划的引导,实施生态化策略,能更好地发挥山地城市地下空间作为城市空间的职能,促进山地城市地下空间生态、节能及其与地域文化的和谐共生,为山地城市地下空间的科学开发、高效利用提供理论支撑,推动山地城市的生态与可持续发展.
近年来,受全球气候变化和城市“热岛效应”的影响,城市局地极端天气事件明显增多,造成了城市局部区域积水严重,对城市安全运行构成了威胁.针对编制城市排涝规划的必要性、城市排涝概念界定、城市排涝标准确定、城市排涝设施规划措施、城市排涝规划编制主要内容等问题,结合北京近年来的一些实践进行了阐述和分析,以供参考借鉴.
This paper uses the panel data of 2003- 2010 patent applications for invention and real GDP from 13 cities of Jiangsu Province for co- integration test and regression of fixed effects. It can be shown that there exists long- term stable relationship between patent applications for invention and real GDP. Technological innovation plays an important role in promoting regional economic growth. The influence degree is basically in accordance with the level of regional economic growth. It can be concluded that there is a good circle. The protection of intellectual property can promote technological innovation,which can push forward economic growth.
The study of land use change and its diving mechanism has been the focus since the Global Environmental Change researches was proposed in the 1990s. In the past decades, land use of China has changed remarkably in both temporal and spatial aspects. Remote sensing technique has advantages in characterizing the spatial-temporal pattern in land use change compared with traditional socioeconomic indicators (e.g. population growth and employment shifts, etc.). Details pattern analysis can be effective conducted using different temporal images of remote sensing by different stages analysis approaches combined with GIS technology. This paper investigates the temporal and spatial characteristics of land use of Dehua County, Fujian Province, China from 1989 to 2006 by using different stage remote sensing images. Dehua is representative of rural counties in southeastern China. The results show that land use changes in this area exhibit distinctive spatial difference during different periods and this significant change in land uses were droved by economic development and also controlled by the government environment protection policy.

The evaluation system of the coal industrial competitive power is a information uncompleted and uncertain system.With the analysis on the factors of the coal industrial competitive power,an evaluation index system of the coal industrial competitive power was established.Base on the circumstances,the grey system theory was applied to establish a multi-level gray evaluation model of the coal industrial competitive power.With the model,a comprehensive evaluation was made on the coal industrial competitive powers of Hebei,Henan,Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi with satisfied results which could provide the theoretical bases to scientifically evaluate the coal industrial competitive power in the area.
Remote sensing technique has advantages in exploring the spatiotemporal trends of urbanization compared with traditional socioeconomic indicators (e.g. population growth, employment shifts, etc.). Details in urban change and growth can be effectively identified using multi-temporal images of remote sensing by multi-scales analysis approaches at the metropolitan, city or district level. In this study, the temporal and spatial characteristics of urban growth of Nanjing, China from 1988 to 2007 were investigated by using multi-stage remote sensing images and landscape metrics. The results show that land use changes exhibit distinctive spatial differences from the urban zone to the suburban districts. The total urban expansion was faster in the period from 2000 to 2007 than in the period from 1988 to 2000. Urban built-up area expanded due to the increased population and rapid economic development and government policy led to the rapid growth towards the Jiangning district area. The variety of landscape metrics results from land use changes indicate the general trend and detail spatial pattern of urbanization in each administrative district during the study period. This study also confirms that the combination of multistage remote sensing images analysis with landscape metrics is an effective way in characterizing the complex spatial patterns of urbanization in Nanjing well.
In order to improve the accuracy of monitoring land use changes, the Chaos Genetic Algorithm was proposed. The Chaos Genetic Algorithm has the capability of self-learning; hence through the input samples the global optimization clustering center was found. And then the clustering center was employed to classify the view figure of the remote sensing image. In this process, the ergodic property of chaos phenomenon is used to optimize the initial population; so it can accelerate the convergence of Genetic Algorithms. Chaotic systems are sensitive to initial condition system parameters. In order to escape from local optimums, the chaos operator was applied to optimize the individuals after the process of selection operator, variation operator and crossover operator. The Chaos Genetic Algorithm was applied to classify the TM image of Huainan. Moreover, the classification of the Parallelepiped and Maximum likelihood and Standard Genetic Algorithm methods are contrasted with it through the confusion matrix. The confusion matrix demonstrated that the overall accuracy and the Kappa coefficient of Parallelepiped, Maximum likelihood and Standard Genetic Algorithm methods are respectively 70% and 0.625%, 76.53% and 0.707%, and 82.13% and 0.777%. It also showed that the Chaos Genetic Algorithm was superior to the two traditional algorithms and the Standard Genetic Algorithm method, whose overall accuracy and Kappa coefficient reach 88.26% and 0.853% respectively.

A VideoGIS system aims at integrating WebGIS with streaming media technologies to provide a more comprehensive understanding about a spatial location. Video data is delay-sensitive. Streaming media technology is able to satisfy high quality of the multimedia video transmission demands. An Internet-based VideoGIS system can provide not only traditional map service, but also location-based streaming media service.This paper describes a novel Internet-based VideoGIS model constituted with map and streaming servers. Map Server provides map and data services such as map display and query. Streaming media server can provide location-based video living services and video on demand services such as video information capture, coding, transmission, publication and rendering. They are integrated into Web server which handles requests, responses from the user end and sends back data results including geographic information and real-time video streaming on the spatial location of interest.
