The SiC particle preform was prepared by 3D printing,and the SiC reinforced A356 matrix composites(SiCp/A356 composites) were prepared by pressure infiltration technology.The microstructure and phase of SiCp/A356 composites were analyzed by optical microscope (OM),scanning electron microscope (SEM),energy dispersive spectroscope (EDS),X-ray diffraction(X-ray) and other modern analysis methods.The results reveal that the microstructure of SiCp/A356 composites fabricated by above-mentioned methods exhibits compact with uniformly distributed SiC particles in the A356 matrix and the desirable interface bonding.Moreover,the interfacial reaction is well controlled.As a result,some harmful phases such as Al4C3 brittle phase are absent from interfacial reaction products.Elements Si in the A356 alloy can prevents the formation of Al4C3 brittle phase,and the existence of Mg in the A356 alloy can improve significantly the wettability of SiC with A356.

A technology to change the figure of light spot in dot matrix hologram is introduced in this paper. According to the imaging theory, it can be come true to change the figure of light spot by imaging the arbitrary shape what is on the translucent masking on photoresist. It is indicated from the experiment result that the figure changed dot matrix hologram is more bright than common dot matrix hologram, and the figure can be encrypted on the hologram as designed.
Automatic sorting with large quantities of mixed and used semiconductor components plays a significant role in follow-up environmental regeneration dispose,mainly through manual visual inspection at present,less precision and low efficiency.We designed a automatic sorting system which is based on machine vision OCR Image processing technology,the whole process of feeding image capture identification and classification is computerized According to the test,the technical specifications of system is: sorted rate is 1~2 per second,recognition rate is more than 70%,misclassification rate is less than 2%.

The fabric of digital micromirror device(DMD) and its operation are presented.Based on the modulating and multi spectrum imaging properties of the DMD spatial light modulator,a compact 4f Fourier transfer system is designed and assembled for multi spectrum coherent image read-out.The experimental results show that the brightness of the image is not enough if only the(0,0) order spectrum is utilized.The mutil order spectrum imaging it greatly enhances the image brightness and contrast and also effectively inhibits the background noise of the image comparing only using the(0,0) spectrum of DMD.As a practical use,an experimental setup for holographic stereogram is established with multi spectrum imaging of DMD spatial modulator.The created stereograms have high contrast and low noise.
