农业面源污染已经严重影响阿什河流域的水质,因此,运用PSR模型对阿什河流域农业面源污染的分析研究具有重要意义。运用PSR模型对阿什河流域阿城区段2011年的化肥污染、畜禽养殖污染、农村生活污水污染和生活垃圾污染这四个污染源进行了分析研究。结果表明,2011年阿什河流域阿城区段农业面源污染最严重的区域是玉泉、小岭和亚沟,主要污染物是TN、TP,主要污染源是农村生活污水,同时畜禽养殖和农业生产也对农业面源污染有一定的影响。针对研究分析的结果,提出以政府为指导,发展绿色循环农业,运用先进的工程技术、生物技术综合治理农业面源污染的相应措施。
The establishment of agricultural non-point source pollution discharge right trade mechanism,the premise reasonable allocation of emission right.This paper,considering the environment status,economic development,social justice,level of science and technology and so on,uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to construct discharge right distribution system of agricultural non-point source pollution,and take the Ashe River Basin as an example,agricultural non-point source pollutants COD,TN and TP emission load on the A Cheng section in 10 villages and towns are assigned.The results show that,in the Ashe River Basin A Cheng section,initial allocation of emission rights of environment,and economic development factors have greater weight,while social fairness' weight is small.Yuquan received the most pollution discharge right,and Jiaojie get minimum pollution discharge right.In order to ensure the effective implementation of distribution scheme,the legal,monitoring,technology and capital investment,development loop agriculture measures are proposed.
