选择4只大耳白兔对单侧眼睛分别给予四乙酰基二苄基六氮杂异伍兹烷(rADB) 100mg,给药后1h、24h、48 h、72 h、4d、7d用裂隙灯观察家兔双眼角膜、虹膜、结膜,对损伤程度进行评分.结果发现,TADB对兔眼角膜和结膜均有轻度刺激性,并具有可逆性.

[Objective]To evaluate whether the 3,4-bis( 4'-aminofurazano-3') furoxan( DATF) has irritation on rabbit's eyes and the extent of reaction.[Methods]The left eye of 4 rabbits were exposed to the dose of 100 mg. The self-contrast test of rabbit eyes were observed in study. The cornea,iris and conjunctiva of rabbit eyes were observed with slit lamp 1 hour,24 hour,48 hour,72hour,4 day and 7 day after the DATF administration. The level of eye injury was evaluated according to the standard. [Results]DATF produced irritation in the rabbit eyes of cornea,iris and conjunctiva,which associated with congestion,edema and secretions. The total score of eye irritation at 1 hours and 24 hours were 43 and 94 respectively. And it reached the highest of 110 after48 hours. All of the comparison value was 0. [Conclusion]DATF has severe irritation effects on the eyes of rabbit.
