基于热重分析原理,以五水硫酸铜及水合草酸钙的热重分析实验数据为参考,建立了热重分析虚拟实验室中程序模型,实现了试样量、升温速率等参数条件下的热重曲线模拟.通过zlimsX虚拟实验平台提供的参数接口,扩展分析样品参数数据库,实现了虚拟实验的开放以及扩展功能,这样以来可以将科研实验快速的转化为虚拟实验,实验教学可以做到“常做常新”,充分的体现了虚拟实验室的巨大优势和潜力.
After studying the technology of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectroscopy and Spectrogram analysis principle,using the Flash CS3.0 animation function and the ActionScript 2.0 language programming platform,utilizing the modular and opening design ideas, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum analysis virtual laboratory is constructed.The complete NMR virtual laboratory is constructed by virtual instrument,virtual experiments,spectrogram paint and spectra analysis,simulating the whole experiment.The software can automatically and intelligently analysis spectrogram,accurately provide infoimation about the corresponding functional groups in compounds.The molecular structure can be freely assembled by the users.
