Objective:Based on data mining,to organize and analyze the medication characteristics,indications,and precautions of Dazao(jujube)prescriptions in Ben Cao Gang Mu.Method:Using Excel 2016,Clementine 12.0,and IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 statistical soft-ware,frequency statistics,association rule analysis and cluster analysis were used to analyze the group.Results:A total of 105 prescrip-tions containing jujube were included,with 136 types of traditional Chinese medicine and 17 high-frequency traditional Chinese medi-cine involved.The top 6 drugs with the highest frequency of use were Dazao(jujube),Shengjiang(ginger),Gancao(licorice),Baizhu(atractylodes macrocephala),Renshen(ginseng)and Houpo(magnolia officinalis).The drug types were mainly tonifying drugs,with the main properties being warm and the main flavors being pungent,sweet,and bitter,with the majority being attributed to the Lung and Spleen meridians.The dosage forms were mostly pill,decoction and powder,and the main treatment diseases were Spleen,Stomach dis-eases and infectious diseases.High frequency drug association rule analysis yielded 8 core drug pairs,which were classified into 5 cate-gories through cluster analysis,with Pingwei Powder and Sijunzi Decoction as the main prescriptions.Conclusion:The application char-acteristics of Dazao(jujube)in Ben Cao Gang Mu are"tonifying the Spleen,benefiting the Stomach,nourishing deficiency and strengthening the Zheng Qi".
目的 分析灯火灸疗法在老年急性带状疱疹治疗中的应用效果.方法 选取60例老年急性带状疱疹患者,依据随机数字表法分为基础药物治疗组(基础组)和基础药物+灯火灸治疗组(联合组),各30例,连续治疗4 w,并随访3个月.于治疗前,治疗1 w、2 w及4 w时,采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)和睡眠质量评分(QS)评估两组疼痛程度和睡眠质量;对比各时点两组血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素(IL)-6等炎症因子水平;记录两组皮损愈合时间和随访3个月时带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)发生情况.结果 两组治疗1 w、2 w及4 w时,VAS较治疗前逐渐降低,QS较治疗前逐渐升高,且联合组VAS低于基础组,QS评分高于基础组,两组各指标组别、时点、组别:时点比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组治疗1 w、2 w及4 w时,CRP、IL-6水平均较治疗前逐渐降低,且联合组低于基础组,两组各指标组别、时点、组别:时点比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组皮损愈合时间短于基础组,且随访3个月时,联合组PHN发生率低于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 灯火灸疗法更利于减轻老年急性带状疱疹患者的疼痛感,提高睡眠质量,缩短皮损愈合时间,且可降低CRP、IL-6水平,降低PHN发生率.
Ethnopharmacological relevance: Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. leaves are the dry leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. Modern studies have shown that Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. leaves and its extracts have many pharmacological effects, such as regulating hypothalamus pituitary ovary (HPO) axis function, estrogen like effects, correcting insulin resistance (IR), regulating lipids, and reducing weight, which are consistent with the clinical manifestations in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients. PCOS patients often have HPO axis disorder, low estrogen, high androgen, high IR complication rate, and obesity. Previous preclinical studies have shown that total flavonoids from Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. leaves (TFEL) can improve the imbalance in sex hormone secretion in perimenopausal animal models by regulating the function of the HPO axis. Thus, it is important to understand if flavonoids are the active parts of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. leaves that interfere with polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance (PCOS-IR), and determine the regulatory role they play in sex hormones and IR?& nbsp; Aim of the study: Investigate the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B (PI3K/AKT) signaling pathway in the ovary and kisspeptin/insulin like growth factor/leptin receptor1/androgen receptor (Kiss1/IGF-1/LEPR/AR) in the HPO axis to determine the mechanism of TFEL intervention in a rat model of PCOS-IR model rats.& nbsp; Materials and methods: A rat model of PCOS-IR was established using a high-fat diet (49 d) combined with letrozole (1 mg/kg?d, for 28 d). Then, metformin (300 mg/kg?d) and TFEL (220 mg/kg?d, 110 mg/kg?d, and 55 mg/kg?d) were administered continuously for 21 days. At the end of the experiment, samples were taken and the related indexes were measured.& nbsp; & nbsp;Results: TFEL reduced the body weight, Lee?s index, ovarian index, ovarian area and ovarian volume, increased serum E2, SHBG levels and ISI, decreased serum levels of T, LEP, INS, and FBG (whole blood), and reduced the HOMA-IR in rats with PCOS-IR. TFEL downregulate Kiss1, IGF-1, and AR in the arcuate nucleus of hypothalamus, and upregulate Kiss1, downregulate IGF-1 and AR in the pituitary gland, and upregulate Kiss1, downregulate IGF-1, LEPR, and AR in the ovary of rats with PCOS-IR. TFEL could downregulate p-IRS-1Ser307, upregulate IRS-1, p-IRS-1Tyr895, PI3Kp85?, p-PI3Kp85?, AKT, p-AKT, and GLUT4 in the ovary, and ameliorated histopathological changes in the ovary and pancreas of rats with PCOS-IR.& nbsp; Conclusion: TFEL can inhibit ovarian hyperplasia, regulate disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism and improve the secretion of sex hormones, by regulating the expression of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway-related proteins in the ovary and Kiss1/IGF-1/LEPR/AR in the HPO axis.
