目的:分析微创介入联合激光针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效.方法:在2018年3月至2020年3月期间收治的288例腰椎间盘突出症患者是本次研究对象,将其分成单一组和联合组,每组均为144人,其中单一组接受激光针刀治疗,联合组接受微创介入联合激光针刀治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、治疗不同时间的疼痛评分、治疗前后血浆水平.结果:联合组的治疗效果要高于单一组,对比P<0.05.联合组的治疗不同时间的疼痛评分均要低于单一组,对比P<0.05.联合组的治疗前后血浆水平均要高于单一组,治疗后P<0.05.结论:微创介入联合激光针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著.
Objective:To explore the effects of Pingle bone-setting manipulation in the reduction of subaxial cervical fracture-dislocation.Methods:The data of 35 patients treated with Pingle bone-setting manipulation between January 2014 and March 2016 were included.Results:The patients successfully completed the operation and the incision healed well.A total of 35 patients with intraoperative fluoroscopy showed a successful reduction.Patients were followed for 6 months to 36 months,the average was 15 months.All patients were rated for neurological functionin the last follow-up visit,there were 6 cases in level A,7 in level B,6 in level C,10 in level D,6 in level E according to ASIA scale.One patient was with severe pain in the postoperative neck,but without serious complications such as spinal cord injury or severe spinal cord injury.Conclusion:The use of Pingle bone-setting manipulation is conducive in the reduction of subaxial cervical fracture-dislocation.
[Objective]To explore and discuss the impact of transexamic acid on blood loss during primary unilateral total knee replacement,considering dominant blood loss as well as hidden blood loss. [Method]According to randomized control principle,90 patients who need unilateral total knee replacement in this center from August 2011 to November 2012 were sampled,with 22 males,and 68 females,aging from 55 to 81,and the average age was 69.28.The course lasted from 2 to 16.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(n=45).Experimental group were injected with 100ml of tranexamic acid(Volume 100ml: 0.5g tranexamic acid and 0.85g Nacl) through intravenous drip while loosening the tourniquets,and the control group were treated with equal amount of physiological saline.Then the dominant blood loss,hidden blood loss,blood transfusion population and ratio of each group were compared,accompanied by observing clinic symptoms of pulmonary embolism and lower limb DVT.And Doppler ultrasound examine on lower extremity would stand by if necessary. [Result] Dominant and hidden blood loss of patients from experimental group was apparently lower than that of patients from control group,and the difference was significant(P0.05),and the transfusion population and ratio of patients from experimental group was lower than that of patients from control group,and the discrepancy was significant(P0.05).In both groups no deep vein thrombosis was found 14 days after operation. [Conclusion]Tranexamic acid can largely control and decrease the dominant and hidden blood loss and blood transfusion after primary unilateral total artificial knee replacement,without increasing on risk of lower extremity DVT.
