The design concept of "modularization and skid-mounted package"for large natural gas purification plan has not only put forward higher request for construction period, but also presents a huge challenge for electrical design. The purpose of this study is to accumulate valuable experience in the design of natural gas purification plant. This paper analyses actual data of the power load on current situation in the 2 nd Moxi natural gas purification plant and proposes the selection of load factor on electrical load calculation in view of the fact that the power load is lower than the common level. In addition, the characteristics, problem and solution of electrical skid-mounted design in process plant area are proposed in Moxi gas purification plant. Three-dimension design PDMS is one of the highlights in this project. In connection with the power load distribution and general layout, this paper presents a design version with cable interlayer in power substation and analyses the advantages and downside of this design proposal. The summary and discussion of electrical design on large natural gas purification plant, which is helpful for the selection of transformer capacity and the reduction of investments and operating cost in the future, can provide the basis for electrical optimization of large natural gas station. Meanwhile, the experience in the design of electrical skid-mounted and cable interlayer in power substation is accumulated by the summary and discussion of electrical design on natural gas purification plant.
通过对某站场放空火炬系统的现状分析,指出高含硫天然气放空应引入火炬系统燃烧后排放,放空系统应具有可靠的全自动电点火设施.提出了为确保放空火炬系统安全可靠运行涉及的相关问题;结合相关标准规范就放空火炬系统功能设置、阻火设施、点火设施、系统安全运行等方面进行了探讨.同时针对具体工程实例,提出利用放空天然气作为点火气源,增设全自动高空电点火系统的优化实施方案,确保站场含硫放空天然气的安全排放.
Hang-Yong Pipeline, designed by China Petroleum Engineering CO., Ltd. Southwest Company, is a long-distance gas transportation pipeline in economically developed area of Yangtze River delta, which has such design characters as complete facilities and functions and advanced technologies. This gas pipeline is an aorta of gas grid in Zhejiang Province of China. In complex technical conditions, severe construction environments, very poor geological conditions and all sorts of adverse conditions, practices suitable for local practical conditions, advanced technologies and measures were selected in design of the pipeline, meeting process requirements for multiple gas sources, multiple users, gas storage and peak value adjustment. The motor-driven gear compressor unit with frequency conversion and velocity modulation functions has been used successfully in this project for the first time, which has laid good foundation for safe pipeline operation and steady gas supply.
