现代经济与技术快速发展背景下,农业发展受电子商务发展影响大,科学深入分析当前农业经济管理信息化建设中存在的不足,可以针对不足制定相应的策略,全面促进农业经济的快速发展.

农村经济对国家发展起到重要作用,农业经济增速对国家经济的稳定增长有直接影响.我国的农业发展有着悠久的历史,农业生产不断改善与优化,形成完整的农业发展体系.随着农业生产规模逐渐扩大,农业经济管理面临着巨大挑战,需要加强提高,保证农业生产顺利进行.乡村振兴是十九大报告中重要战略,为了解决农村经济问题,应当加强新农村的建设,将其中存在的问题深刻剖析,并寻找解决方案,建立健全的农业经济管理体系.

This paper will combine the overall planning of the commercial districts in Tangs‐han city ,relying on Tangshan Phoenix totem image to make a thorough as well as detailed investigation and reflection on the design of cultural business district ,and to provide a de‐tailed description to important elements involved in the district design ,forming a landscape layout of “three cores ,three axes ,and three zones”.Three cores ,that is ,the three square centers of commercial buildings ,with the core of commercial landscape to inspire the whole vitality ;three axes ,that is ,the main axis running through the commercial road center and the secondary axes on east and west sides of the road ,mainly for connecting the main en‐trances of each business district and extending to the center square landscape ;three zones , that is , the high‐end shopping complex area , the center of the leisure diet culture street blocks and the movie animation and game entertainment area .Such a partition design highlighted the humanistic concern by emphasizing the principle of “open ,multielement ,experience ,and ecological” ,creating a warm and comfortable shopping environment with the theme of land‐scape .The design of the main attractions also showed the cultural characteristics of Tangs‐han city .The further analysis and summary was made in the paper for creating a landscape environment suitable for the urban city business districts .

In this research ,the waterfront park in Hutou river ecological recreational area of Shijiazhuang city was taken as the object ,and the geographic conditions ,site features ,natu‐ral resources ,surrounding environment and other basic information of the park were collect‐ed and analyzed for the landscape design .Combined with the overall planning of Hutuo river resort ,taking the ecological design philosophy as the guiding ideology ,the waterfront park was designed as a natural‐style urban waterfront landscape with “one line ,one area ,four districts ,and nine king sceneries”.The site design was in harmony with the external envi‐ronment and be separated into four areas :flowers viewing area ,quiet recreation area ,eco‐logical wetland area ,and sports area .Nine king designs were created based on the considera‐tion of site characteristics ,and to meet the expectation of functional ,ecological ,and hydro‐philic features ,forming a continuous landscape line combined with the static‐dynamic func‐tions and landscape‐ecological features .The park plant cultivation followed the principle of “adjusting measures to local conditions ,and matching species with the site”by using natural forms of planting .The Shijiazhuang Hutuo ecological waterfront park will be designed as a set of ecological ,recreational ,and cultural landscape ,improving the regional climate and the life quality of residents .
