本科毕业设计(论文)是提升学生创新能力和实践能力的关键环节.分析了目前毕业设计(论文)存在的不足之处,将本科生导师制与毕业设计(论文)融合在一起,优化了毕业设计(论文)过程,提出了相应的质量保障措施,并在北京化工大学信息管理与信息系统专业实施.
为了进行有效的供应链突发事件应急管理,文章在突发事件应急管理的情景认识的基础之上,对供应链突发事件应急管理的情景进行分析,提出构成供应链突发事件的情景要素包括外部环境情景、供应链系统结构情景和供应链扰动情景。
Four factors which affect the data permission in the PLM system were investigated in this study.On the basis,the dynamic access control mechanism that based on permission rules was proposed.In order to make the life cycle template of data object keep unchanged structure on the condition that the organizational structure changed,the thought of data permission mapping outside the data subjects was put forward.The main purpose of this study is to solve complex data permission issues and verify whether the permission model is correct and universal or not.
From the structural optimization of the design,build a Web-based way to optimize the structure of the system design framework.After making an analysis to the actual project application,it proposes to establish detailed design process on the basis of Pro/E,Ansys and iSight,and put forward the key points of the design process through research to the professional model to achieve the parameters of the driving principles and methods.Finally,take the fuel tank design and optimization in the parameters of oil and gas suspension as example to verity the validity of the optimal design of the system.
产品开发过程涉及诸多应用系统之间的功能交互,而分布式系统的异构性影响了它们的互操作能力,使产品数据的可访问性和易用性降低。为了解决这一问题,提出了以服务为核心的应用集成思想和以智能服务元为基础的多层次集成服务模型,设计了智能服务元的结构,在分析PDM/CAD和PDM/CAPP的集成方案基础上,设计并实现了运行于PDM集成环境中的多个智能服务元。通过PDM原型系统的开发验证了集成技术的可行性。
Winding machine is core equipment of producing fiber reinforced plastic mortar pipe(FRPM).At present,head packing,complication of operation and management,bad stability have existed in producing FRPM.This paper designs the control system of FPRM winding machinery and the overall structural design of computer-control system.The control system of FPRM winding machinery is based on the Trio MC206 motion coordinator.The overall design includes hardware of main-axle system,carriage system and control system,hardware and software of the upper-computer and lower-computer.In practice,this control system have worked out good results.
The change management is inevitable during the process of product development.This paper regards change management requirement as start,analyzing the key problem of change management at present,puts forward project change model and change process which are based on PDM.Then through the way of integrated workflow and lifecycle loose coupling,to solve the key problems of automation control in virtual enterprise's project change,and the key problems of correct evolvement and transfer in data changing etc..Finally,to give the detailed realization steps and examples.
The visual process management system is the hot point that the enterprises take much attention, but because the Web technology is limited in interaction capability, it cannot meet the requirement which the enterprises need. This text put forward a process management system that is based on Web Service, it make good use of component technology, XML and SOAP protocol, its communication between client and server is based on the Web Service. This process management system achieves the visual process definition of the Browser/Service configuration.
提出了特征元的概念,研究了利用Pro/E的二次开发功能建立基于参数化特征元的快速设计平台的方法,并建立了特征元库,可为用户提供一个高层次的快速设计环境,使产品的设计和生产准备的各个环节得以并行展开,达到信息共享和信息流畅,进而提高产品的设计速度和设计成功率.
The dynamic and repetitive natures of design process demand effective management and control of the changing process of documents during product development. The technologies of document organization and storage, document version control, and process-lifecycle loose coupling interplayed mode were proposed to manage the dynamic evolution of documents. A document was defined as the logical unit composed of multiple files to describe the same product, which was organized by cabinet, product or lifecycle states to achieve collaboration and information sharing among designers. By the tree version model and the version control mechanism imbedded in cabinet, the design history of document could be preserved and controlled. The loosely coupled process and lifecycle model were integrated by tasks and were interplayed to drive the transition of document lifecycle states. Based on the proposed theory and technologies, the object model has been constructed, and a Product Data Management (PDM) system has been developed.
Architecture of computer aided assembly process planning system for virtual assembly (CAAPPSFVA) is presented. CAAPPSFVA intends to aid virtual assembly process planning system (VAPPS) implementing its functions comprehensively. The function model and information stream model of CAAPPSFVA are given. CAAPPSFVA supplies many assistant functions for VAPPS and is integrated with PDM system. The relation between CAAPPSFVA and VAPPS is loosely coupled, so CAAPPSFVA can be independently used. A method of process designing tree is given. It is used to manage the product that is under process designing and also the relevant processing files. A prototype system instance manifested that the architecture can satisfy the requirement of the virtual assembly system.
基于VS.NET平台,利用ASP.NET技术,开发了浏览器/服务器结构的产品数据管理系统.介绍了系统的体系结构;详细阐述了系统的主要功能、特点以及实现的关键技术.实际应用表明,该系统实现了产品信息在企业内不同部门之间的集成和共享.
With the application of networked manufacturing,the management of the distributed and isomerous manufacturing resource.Stellate manufacturing resource management architecture based on Multi-Agent provides resource' share and cooperation for oriented-product lifecycle in networked manufacturing.This paper proposes a open and less coupled model,describes implementation of agent through Web Services and its reference and brings out a multi-layer manufacturing resource information model,which provides a solution to resolve resource requirement.In terms of this theory,prototype system is developed.It is portable and adaptable in networked manufacturing through application.

信息集成是数字化制造的关键环节之一.XML技术为解决企业信息集成提供了有效的途径.文章介绍了XML的特点;构建了基于PDM的企业信息集成框架;分析了该框架中的集成数据及其数据流向;在此基础上,使用XML技术描述集成数据,定义XML Schema文件,实现应用系统间的数据交换.
A problem of interoperability between product data management (PDM) and enterprise application systems is discussed with the model driven architecture (MDA). After analyzing the architecture pitfalls of current PDM systems, a six-tiered architecture of PDM system is proposed with the idea of MDA. Along with discussions of the key techniques involved and the development process persistent to MDA, a PDM system has been developed adopting XML and Web service to realize information sharing and function integration. The feasibility of MDA approach to solve the problem of integration, interoperability, interchangeability is verified.
