Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Cerebrolysin and hyperbaric oxygen in the newborns suffering from hypoxia-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods:A total of 214 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=126) and controll group(n=88).Controll group was given the routine treatments,and treatment group was given sequential therapy with Cerebrolysin,Citicoline,Naloxone and hyperbaric oxygen(besides) routine treatments.Therapeutic efficacy was evaluated by clinical symptoms,the scores of NBNA,and the frequency of sequelae.Results:The newborns with HIE in treatment group have better consequences,higher scores of NBNA and lower frequency of sequelae compared with those of control group.Conclusion:Cerebrolysin,(Citicoline) and hyperbaric oxygen have specific effect on HIE.
