Teacher faculty is the dominant element and the sign of academic standards in postgraduate education.Double tutorial system means both in and out campus tutors guide MPE on teaching management, but they are different from teaching methods, teaching time, content and teaching forms. As the aim is to foster application-oriented talent, the standard of teachers recruitment is very important. The out campus tutors include PE teacher, coach, referee, sports administrator and community sports instructor. To achieve the training objective, five advises are given:transforming thinking pattern of both in and out campus tutors, establishing a perfect system, constructing high-quality and long-term cooperation with practice base outside school, enhancing communication between tutors and postgraduate, creating new methods to evaluate dissertation.
