Government-society joint venture mode (PPP mode) can solve the problems of capital shortage and government financial pressure in the construction process of smart cities. At the national level, the application of PPP mode in smart city construction projects is vigorously promoted. Based on this, this paper studies the operation and management mechanism of the PPP mode of smart city construction projects. In this paper, case analysis and quantitative analysis are adopted to illustrate the operation and management mechanism of the PPP mode of smart city construction projects. Through analysis, the feasibility and practicability of PPP model in smart city construction project management are illustrated.
