通过风洞试验测试了圆线同心绞导线、型线同心绞导线和新型同心绞导线在单根、双分裂和四分裂时的风阻力系数.测试结果表明:新型同心绞导线的风阻力系数随风速的增加而减小,与圆心同心绞导线和型线同心绞导线的风阻力系数随风速的变化规律不同;在低风速区,其风阻力系数大于圆线同心绞导线的风阻力系数,而在高风速区则相反;在单根和双分裂时的风阻力系数只有在高风速区时小于型线同心绞导线,而四分裂时的风阻力系数在整个测试风速范围内小于型线同心绞导线.
以具有相同载流能力的铝合金电缆和铜电缆为研究对象,运用生命周期评价(life cycle assessment,LCA)方法,对铝合金电缆和铜电缆全生命周期过程中对环境的影响进行了评价.结果表明,在中国资源消耗潜值、能源消耗潜值、酸化潜值、全球变暖潜值、富营养化潜值和工业用水6个特征值上铝合金电缆优于铜电缆,且在中国资源消耗潜值方面优势显著.只有在土地资源潜值这一特征化指标上,铝合金电缆高于铜电缆.
本文结合铝合金电缆的性能特点,对电缆用铝合金导体进行了介绍,并得出“对于电缆用铝合金导体,需从化学成分、机电性能、抗压蠕变性能进行综合规定,才能保证合金导体应用在电缆中是合格的”结论。
通过对碳纤维复合芯及其导线的研究和试验,解决关键技术和难点。在大量研究和工程实际应用的基础上,制定该产品系列国家标准,统一碳纤维复合芯及其导线的设计、制造和试验方法。并在此基础上形成国际IEC标准草案。不仅解决了复合芯及其导线产品无国家标准的现状,同时也是我国在架空输电线领域首次自主制定国际标准。
国家标准GB/T 29324-2012《架空导线用纤维增强树脂基复合材料芯棒》已于2012年12月31日由国家质检总局和国家标准化管理委员会联合批准发布(公告号为2012年第41号),于2013年6月1日起实施。本文介绍了《架空导线用纤维增强树脂基复合材料芯棒》国家标准制定的背景、必要性及其主要内容;同时介绍了将该标准上升为国际IEC标准的工作进展。
Several matte processing methods for aluminum surface are compared and analyzed.The sandblasting process is the simplest and most practicable method which corresponds with the characteristic of continuous production of the wire and cable industries.The diffuse reflectivity of the ACSR outer surface after sandblasting processing is measured.The electrical properties,mechanical properties and aluminum loss situation of aluminum wires of the ACSR before and after sandblasting processing are compared and analyzed.Test shows the performance requirements of the matte overhead conductors produced by using sandblasting processing are satisfied with the engineering needs.
The study and application of aluminum alloy conductors gradually become the development trend of overhead conductors along with the improvement of manufacturing capacity and engineering applications of overhead conductors in China.The fabrication technologies of high-quality aluminum alloy rod for electric purpose are investigated based on the analysis of dehydrogenation and deslagging of aluminum melt.The conclusion could be provided as reference for aluminum alloy wire production.

This paper presents the development and application of the formed wire concentric-lay-stranded overhead conductors,especially their technical superiorities over the traditional conductors in terms of the constructional characteristics.The authors also described the present situation and future prediction of the application of formed wire products in China as well as the applicable standards for the formed wire concentric-lay-stranded overhead conductors.
This paper discussed conductor galloping,its cause and principle as well counter-measures.It presented the tests for conductor galloping specified by the standard and analysed the principle and application of the galloping tester.The time when there are standards for testing conductor galloping but there are no test method and testing machine has gone.The galloping tester developed by Shanghai Eectric Cable Research Institute can imitate well the real galloping tracks of the installed overhead conductors in the laboratory thus predicts the ability of the conductor to endure galloping.
