牦牛具有很强的适应能力,存活率很高,养殖经济效益可观,因此牦牛养殖被广大养殖户所喜爱.但在牦牛养殖过程当中,还有很多因素对此项产业发展形成较大影响,基于此分析探讨这些影响因素,并研究牦牛规模化养殖技术,希望能为广大牦牛养殖户提供一些借鉴于参考.
试验以四川省的1个西藏羊地方类群—贾洛羊为研究对象,选择其24月龄的公、母羊各5只,测定其生理指标、血液生理指标及血液生化指标.结果表明:24月龄贾洛羊的体温、呼吸频率及心率等生理指标在公、母羊间无显著差异;母羊的MPV血液生理指标显著高于公羊(0.01 <P <0.05),公羊的PDW指标显著高于母羊(0.01 <P <0.05),WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC、PLT、RDW-SD、PCT和RDW-CV等指标在公、母羊间差异不显著(P >0.05);ALT、AST、TP、ALB、GLO、ALP、LDH、A/G、GLU、CHE和CHOL等血液生化指标在公、母羊间差异不显著(P>0.05).试验建立了24月龄段贾洛羊的生理指标和血液生理生化指标的参考值,为以后加强贾洛羊的饲养管理、疾病诊断、适应性及选育等提供参考依据.

This paper determined the physiological indexes,blood physiological and biochemical indexes of Jialuo sheep at ages of 1,2 and 3 years old. The results showed that the indexes of anus temperature,heart rate and respiration rate in Jialuo sheep group were not significantly different( P 0. 05) among the different ages,MCH,MCHC and MPV indexes of 2 years old Jialuo sheep were significantly higher than those of 1 year old Jialuo sheep( P 0. 05),however,RDW-SD index of 1 year old sheep was significantly higher than that of 2 years old sheep( P 0. 05),and the indexes of WBC,RBC,HGB,HCT,MCV,PLT,PCT,PDW and RDW-CV were not significantly different among the three age groups( P 0. 05). The ALT and ALP index of 1 year old Jialuo sheep were significantly higher than those of 3 years old sheep,and the indexes of AST,TP,ALB,GLO,A / G,LDH,GLU,CHE and CHOL were not significantly different among the three age groups( P 0. 05). The physiological indexes,blood physiological indexes and blood biochemical indexes were in the normal range of the Tibetan sheep.
In this research, the body weight and body size of Jialuo sheep from weaning to adult were measured. By comparing and analyzing the growth and development features in different age to provide reliable scientific basis for the early utilization and scientific selection as well as ex-cavating potential productivity of Jialuo sheep.
