3月30日下午,四川省凉山州西昌市马道镇境内发生森林火灾.因风力过大,火灾迅速蔓延至泸山景区,大量浓烟飘进西昌城区,情况一度十分危急.中石油四川销售凉山分公司西昌片区的7座加油站距离着火位置较近.其中,四公里半、马道、二八一3座加油站距离着火点仅100米.

Objective:To establish preparation technology of Qige oral liquid.Method:With the content of astragaloside iv as evaluatiom index,optimum preparation technology was optimized by orthogonal design test and single factor test.Result:Optimum technology was:extracted 2 times with 8 times the amount of water for 2 h each time,the concentration of ethanol precipitation was 60%,Tween-80 was used for solubilizing volatile oil.Conclusion:Water extracting technology and refining process of Qige oral liquid met production technology requirement.
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids in Resina Draconis.Method:The extraction of total flavonoids was chosen as the assessment index.The extraction process was optimized with the orthogonal design using spectrophotometer to determine total flavonoids content at 508 nm wavelength.Result:The optimum ethnol extracting process conditions were as follows adding 8 fold of ethyl acetate,extracted two times,heating for 1 hour.Conclusion:The optimum extraction process of total flavonoids in Resina Draconis was reliable and efficient.
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of protopine and tetrahydropalmatine in Tongning Gel.Method:The liquid chromatography was carried out using Kromasil C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),with detection wave length at 280 nm,acetonitile-phosphate buffer as mobile phase,gradient elution.The column temperature was at 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Result:The calibration curve of protopine was linear in the range of 0.100 6-5.03 μg(r = 1),and the recovery was 99.14%(RSD 1.34%).The calibration curve of tetrahydropalmatine was linear in the range of 0.100 8-5.0 4 μg(r = 1),and the recovery was 101.1%(RSD 1.18%).Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate,reliable and reproducible,which can be used for quality control of Tongning Gel.
目的研究不同炮制条件对全蝎乙醇提取物中总氮的影响,为确定合理的加工方法提供依据。方法以氯化钠水溶液用量、氯化钠水溶液浓度、煮沸时间为因素,采用正交试验法对全蝎炮制方法进行考察,以醇浸出物、总氮为指标对炮制方法进行优选。结果 最佳工艺为加4倍量15%氯化钠水溶液,煮沸5 min。结论所炮制之全蝎有效成分破坏少,保证了药材的质量。
