目的研究不同炮制条件对全蝎乙醇提取物中总氮的影响,为确定合理的加工方法提供依据。方法以氯化钠水溶液用量、氯化钠水溶液浓度、煮沸时间为因素,采用正交试验法对全蝎炮制方法进行考察,以醇浸出物、总氮为指标对炮制方法进行优选。结果 最佳工艺为加4倍量15%氯化钠水溶液,煮沸5 min。结论所炮制之全蝎有效成分破坏少,保证了药材的质量。
