We improve the TF-IDF formula,obtain the terms of users' interests and their weights,and establish user interest model.The dynamic update of user interest model can be realized based on updated time factors.The experimental results show that it can reflect users' interests more precisely and improve the accuracy of the search results.

在建设和发展的时候,充分认识纸质和数字化俩种方法的优缺点,从而俩种方法相结合,建立新的模式。在这个过程中,需要有关工作人员在这个方面进行大胆的尝试和探索,引进外国的先进技术,吸收国外的先进经验。本文通过探析数字化时代的图书馆的建设和发展,希望为有关工作人员提供资料。
