A bovinocultura de corte e uma das principais atividades produtivas do agronegocio brasileiro, correspondente ao segundo maior rebanho efetivo do mundo. De Tal modo, ess a cadeia produtiva passa por diversas adequacoes para atender o mercado internacional e tambem os consumidores internos. Diante do exposto destaca-se a questao da certificacao da carne bovina como uma estrategia competitiva, considerada como processo de agregacao de valor ao produto. Contanto que, a mudanca comportamento consumidor frente as necessidades de informacoes dos produtos levam entao a questao de certificados que atestam a seguranca e garantia do produto, assim as certificacoes acabam influenciando o sistema competitivo da cadeia produtiva. Diante deste contexto, o estudo teve como objetivo discutir a bovinocultura de corte no cenario do agronegocio brasileiro em relacao a certificacao da carne bovina. A pesquisa caracteriza-se por um estudo descritivo de carater qualitativo, por meio da pesquisa bibliografica, complementado atraves de dados secundarios. A pesquisa apontou a dificuldade de implantar mecanismo de certificacao pela falta de integracao da cadeia produtiva que ainda e muito presente no sistema agroindustrial da carne bovina brasileira.

Requirements to ensure the quality of products during shipping and distribution are as important as any other criterion of a product specification. Consumers are increasingly aware and demanding with the quality of food they want to consume. Fish is a protein food spoilage easy, appropriate practice and proper procedures in handling, packing and transport of fish are needed to guarantee a safe and quality product. Therefore, this article aims to analyze the influence of transport on quality of the fish, from the perspective of quality and agrifood safety. Therefore, the research was characterized by a descriptive qualitative study, through literature through secondary data. The analyzes indicate that despite being caught between Animal proteins largest consumer in the world, this is not yet a reality in Brazil. The most varied causes are the cultural and socioeconomic reasons, the lack of public policies aimed at the sector, the lack of specialized shops selling fish and lack of quality of the products, the object of this study. Therefore, it is concluded that the transport influences the quality of the fish, is a step as important as any other and should therefore be given proper techniques and procedures.
Brazil is considered one of the largest food producers in the world, as a result of its large territory, and the development of research for technological innovation in agriculture. However, the advance of monoculture of sugarcane has been intensified due to the relevance that the production of biofuels has been gaining in Brazilian market; therefore, a concern about the use of land arises, more specifically about replacing the production of food for production of bioenergy. Thus, the purpose of this article is to examine whether food production has been substituted by the production of bioenergy, and to check if there have been changes in land structure in the municipalities of the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. The methodology used to meet this objective was shift-share. The study pointed out that, although there have been expansion of cultivation of sugarcane in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, it is relatively small when compared to other crops, and thus cannot be regarded as one of the main reasons for the substitution effect of food products.
