《食品化学》课程是生物技术(食品方向)的专业基础课,具有很强的理论性和应用性.针对应用转型重点地方师范院校的特点,从激发学生兴趣为出发点,进行了教学内容的调整、教学方法的改革、考核方式的完善等方面的探索与实践.奋力将学校建设成为特色鲜明、优势突出,在西部地区有一定影响的应用型大学.但是学校由于历史沿革等客观因素,其转型之路还需要不断摸索.

Middle school students are subject to psychological trauma caused by earthquake.They generally face such psychological crises as the loss of self-approval;the uncertainty of the life direction;and the falling of moral frame.To solve such problems,this paper holds that the psychological education for middle school students should be strengthened,and that the practice modes for such education should be innovated.

The rational deviation of college student＇s motives to join the Party embodies joining the Party for practical interest,vanity,and fashion.The college student＇s pure motive to join the Party decides the high quality of the Party member and the progress of the Party.It is beneficial both in theory and practice to analyze the rational deviation of college student＇s motives to join the Party and strategies for adjustment.

Based on the characteristics of biochemical subject development,combined with professional features,we innovate and develop the experimental system of bio-technology(bio-pharmaceuticals direction).Our reform includes experiments content;delivery of the course and teaching methods;experimental conditions;evaluation method and evaluation system.The preliminary results achieved are:effectively stimulated the students' interest in learning biochemistry,laid a solid foundation for the students to improve their ability to do initial research and form the spirit of innovation.
