为了评估弃碴场的稳定性,通过实地勘察碴场的现状及堆碴体的物理力学参数,选取堆碴体的典型剖面采用Geo Studio软件进行稳定性评估,分析不同工况条件下堆碴体的边坡及其整体的抗滑稳定性.结果表明:目前堆置状态下的碴场边坡及其整体均处于稳定状态,计算安全系数均大于规范规定的安全系数标准.
In order to obtain more accurate characteristic values of meteorological elements in hydropower project site, the meteorological stations which close to the project area and have similar natural geographic characteristics are selected to analyze the main influence factors of each meteorological element. On the basis of qualitative analysis, the design stations for each meteorological element are selected based on the principle of the design station having similar influence factors with project area for a meteorological element respectively, and then the meteorological element characteristic value of the design station is taken as the feature of project site. It is better than all meteorological element characteristic values of one meteorological station are selected as the features of project site and can get a result more closer to actual value.

Due to the complexity of hydrological system and the limitation of data acquisition,there are a lot of hydrological forecasting models and methods,but lack of unified mode.Based on the highly abstract of hydrological forecasting models,the standardized interface of hydrological model has been defined,and the key elements such as inputs,outputs,parameters,statuses and running process of the standardized hydrological forecasting models have been unified.The standardized constructing pattern of hydrological forecasting scheme has been accomplished.The word constructing means that watershed hydrological forecasting scheme can be created by the inter-combination of standardized hydrological models.Based on the key technologies above all,A Constructed watershed real-time hydrological forecasting system has been developed successfully,and this system has achieved good application effect.
The necessity and feasibility of building the grid energy-saving dispatching system were expounded in detail.The objective and principles of the system construction were conceived and the functional requirements for the system were investigated emphatically.

紫坪铺工程施工期水情测预报系统是在充分分析流域暴雨洪水资料,选择了适宜的遥测站网,采用先进的海事卫星通信方式的基础上建立起来的,系统具有功耗低、抗雷暴能力强、数据传输速度快、畅通率高等优点,并结合施工预报的特点配有有线电话作为备用通信方式.在工作体制上,采用了定时自报为主,并配以增量自报.水文预报方案不但设计有主要方案,且有备用方案,不但有短期洪水预报方案,且有中长期枯水预报方案.在软件编制上,采用了Microsoft SQLServer2000网络数据库和Visual-C可视化语言编程,使整个系统先进性和实用性得到了有机结合.
