以菠菜为试验材料,研究探讨了棉籽壳菇渣、甘蔗渣菇渣和木屑菇渣对菠菜株高、叶片展开度、叶片数、鲜重、叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量、铁含量等7个生理指标的影响.结果表明:3种菇渣栽培的菠菜株高、叶片展开度无明显差异,而甘蔗渣菇渣能明显增加菠菜叶片数;菠菜生长期为44 d和51 d时,木屑菇渣培育的菠菜单株鲜重均为最高,分别为22.1 g/株和25.4 g/株,分别比对照提高了1.4%、5.8%;3种菇渣栽培的菠菜叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量均高于对照,其中棉籽壳菇渣栽培的菠菜叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量均最高,分别为0.601、0.676 mg/g,分别比对照提高62.0%、60.6%;棉籽壳菇渣栽培的菠菜铁含量最高,相对含量达0.00081%,比对照提高了211.5%.综合分析7项生理指标,3种菇渣对菠菜生长发育均有明显的促进作用,其中木屑菇渣能提高菠菜产量、棉籽壳菇渣可提高菠菜品质.
微课是新的教育教学手段,在高职院校开展比较多的是微课比赛,在教学实践中应用较少.笔者针对蔬菜生产技术的学科特点,选取蔬菜生产教学中的重要技能点如蔬菜嫁接技术、苗床播种育苗等,以及教学中知识难点、习题及课外训练内容制作成微课,并在蔬菜生产技术课程教学中进行实践,取得了较好的教学效果.既促进了学生对重要技能点、知识难点的掌握,又容易吸引学生的注意力,引发学生对学习的兴趣,提高学生自主学习能力,并在一定程度上扩展了学生的知识面.
通过在月季、唐菖蒲、菊花、香石竹、非洲菊等世界五大鲜切花花束中添加含有苯甲酸、水杨酸和山梨酸溶液保鲜.与对照比较,能增大花朵直径,延长切花寿命,减少萎蔫、弯头;有增加花瓣含水量、降低花瓣细胞膜相对透性、延缓花瓣蛋白质降解的效果.结果表明,不同处理花束的鲜切花,均有延长切花寿命,提高观赏价值的作用.
The cold resistance of muskmelon seedlings were studied by a procedure of using different exogenous substances to treat seedlings,undertaking cold stress,measuring the enzyme activities of POD,CAT and EC value of root exudate.The results showed that,6-BA had the most best effect on improving cold resistance of muskmelon seedlings and the secondary one was salicylic acid;daminozide,chlormequat and penicillin could improve cold resistance in some degree;CaCl2 had little difference with the control in POD,CAT activities,but had better protection effect for cell membrane,and NAA could cause the decrease of cold resistance of muskmelon seedlings.
[Objective] The aim was to screen exogenous hormone species and effective concentration for improving cold resistance of watermelon seedlings.[Method] With watermelon seedlings as materials,dealing with different foreign substances seedlings,the main growth indicators,chilling injury index and the activity of protective enzymes were determined,and cold hardiness of each treatment was evaluated.[Result] ABA,BA and penicillin can improve the cold tolerance of watermelon seedlings,25 mg/L ABA treatment as the best,50 mg/L ABA treatment followed;1 000 mg/L penicillin and 25 mg/L BA also have some effect;while ethephon reduced the cold tolerance of watermelon seedlings.[Conclusion] Treatment with ABA can promote the growth of watermelon seedlings,at the same time can improve protective enzymes activity of watermelon seedlings,which could be used as an effective means of improving seedling cold tolerance.
The microclimate characteristics of plastic greenhouse and the microclimate condition in planting fruit cucumber were comparative analyzed.The results showed that in the whole growing time,the illumination in greenhouse was considerably lower than light saturation point,and worse in cloudy and thick weather.During sowing time to flowering and fruit-setting stage,the average day-temperature in greenhouse was lower.During knotting melon stage,the average day-temperature and the average night-temperature in greenhouse was higher;during April to September,it was up to above 20℃,higher than the top limit of optimum night-temperature 2.7-9.1℃,and the low difference in temperature between day and night makes against the accumulation of organics in fruit.In the whole growing time,the average lowest temperature in greenhouse was higher than the lower limit of growing temperature(11℃);during May to September,the average highest temperature in greenhouse was higher than the top limit of growing temperature(35℃);during June to August,it was up to 40℃,measures should be taken to bring down the temperature.The average relative humidity inside was higher than the optimum humidity 10%-20%.So,in agriculture,the regulation and control to the microclimate should be tighten in high temperature and illumination period,ventilation and sunshade should be taken to prevent harm.Filling in light at the right moment,keeping closing to warm along with change of air;energizing compositive administration and taking measures to dehumidify in case of disease.

The effects of different concentrations of 6-BA on the growth,POD activity and adversity resistance of melon seedlings were studied.The results showed that it got good effect when 6-BA concentration was 50 mg/L or 30 mg/L,especially applying 50 mg/L 6-BA got the best comprehensive effect,it could not only significantly increase the POD activity,but also obviously restrain the root growth of melon seedlings,thus it could enhance the resistance of melon seedlings to outside adversity.Moreover,applying 20~30 mg/L 6-BA also had better comprehensive effect and greater inhibitory action to the growth of melon seedlings.
