电梯防雷接地不规范不合理不到位,可能引发电梯主板被烧、电梯受损,甚至引发火灾等雷击事故发生,造成公共安全和人身财产损失.分析高层建筑电梯遭受雷击的原因,并提出高层建筑电梯防雷接地的安全措施,特别强调电梯在防雷设计上一定要按照国家相关规范要求,从而提高电梯防雷安全的可靠性,更好达到防雷减灾效果.

On July 31st to August 1st,2008,a strong thunderstorm-a strange happened in NeiJiang,Sichuan province,the lightning strike scattered over an office building of Dongxing meteorological bureau.Through a series of investigations and analysis,the lightning protection facilities have been improved.

We analysis a lightning accident example professionally in this paper,the electronic equipments in Ziyang PetroleumAdministration Station had several times damaged by thunders every year,although it had installed some SPDs(surge protective devices).We can conclude:Lightning protection project is a systematic project,if any sector in lightning protection has been ignored standards,we reformed the lightning protection system of its power supply system and signal transfer system and etc.After ourrectification,all electronic equipments and facilities of this station haven’t damaged by thunders above 4 years.

In this paper,it discusses some practical problems in the technical evaluation of working drawings of lightning protection system.The paper puts forward the some different proposals to existing design codes and believes the technical evaluation learn to achieve mastery through a comprehensive study of the subject and applied flexibly,thus working out the scientificalness,rationality and safety of the technical evaluation,and accomplishing safe and reliable,technologically advanced,economical and reasonable of lightning protection devices.
