RésuméDe plus en plus d’entreprises de la grande distribution tentent d’intégrer la blockchain dans leur système d’information afin d’améliorer les performances de leur chaîne logistique. Bien que les travaux de recherche soient nombreux à souligner l’usage potentiel de la technologie blockchain pour la chaîne logistique, peu d’études empiriques se sont penchées sur l’usage effectif de cette technologie en particulier dans le secteur de la grande distribution. À partir de l’étude du cas d’un grand distributeur français, cet article discute l’usage effectif de la blockchain pour la chaîne logistique. Il met en évidence que si les avantages de l’usage de la blockchain pour la relation aux clients de la grande distribution alimentaire sont bien recherchés, l’exploitation des propriétés de la blockchain pour la relation aux autres acteurs de la chaîne est plus ambiguë, interrogeant la question du rapport entre contrôle et confiance.
Avec le développement de solutions de Robotic Process Automation (RPA) basées sur l’Intelligence Artificielle, la Direction des Flux de l’assureur Allianz France choisit d’améliorer la reconnaissance automatique de ses flux documentaires entrants. Son objectif est de répondre à la question suivante : comment évaluer les bénéfices de ces technologies émergentes en tenant compte de son contexte spécifique et des enjeux de leur mise en place ? Ce cas conduit à analyser les enjeux et les opportunités des évolutions technologiques liées à la RPA et à proposer des voies d’amélioration de la gestion des processus documentaires.
Given the lack of knowledge on IS success evaluation at the organizational level, the purpose of this study is to integrate the resource-based view, process-oriented approach, IS success models into an integrated model to examine the relationship between the IS quality and its performance impacts. This study also examines the moderating effect of the firm’s business strategy on this relationship. The model is tested on a sample of 102 Tunisian firms using the structural equation modeling method. The results show that business-process performance and individual performance played a role of partial mediation in the relationship between IS quality and organizational performance. The results also indicate that the mediation process between IS quality and organizational performance via the business-process performance differs depending on the business strategy. This article is one of a few early efforts that address the role of business strategy in explaining the performance impacts of IS quality.
La Robotic Process Automation (RPA) est une technologie émergente utilisée dans plusieurs secteurs de l’économie tels que l’industrie, la santé et la finance. Elle représente aujourd’hui une opportunité pour les acteurs du secteur de l’assurance qui s’interrogent sur la manière d’évaluer les bénéfices de cette technologie à moyen terme en tenant compte de leur contexte spécifique. Dans cet article, nous présentons en premier lieu une synthèse des travaux académiques sur les apports de la RPA pour les entreprises et les enjeux de sa mise en place. Le cas de la Direction des Flux d’Allianz France est ensuite présenté, en montrant la manière dont cette organisation aborde la question de l’évaluation des bénéfices potentiels des solutions de RPA pour l’amélioration de la gestion documentaire. Nous exposons les apports théoriques du cas ainsi que notre retour d’expérience sur son animation. Enfin, nous évoquons d’autres questions qui pourraient aussi être traitées avec ce cas.
Nowadays, the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated enterprises’ Business models disruption. Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are no exceptions; they are expected to develop new value creation strategies that go beyond merely remote teaching. Despite the relevance of this issue, little remains known about how the HEI Business Model is evolving. This paper empirically investigates how HEI may innovative their BM through the usage of innovative pedagogical practices. A qualitative case study has been carried out on the business Ludoparty project. This project study the managers' perceptions about using student’s designed escape games for Digital Transformation awareness for pre-digital enterprises. The study revealed that online escape games are an attractive pedagogical practice for pre-digital enterprises. The industrial partners were motivated to acquire student’s games for their vocational training. The main originality of this paper is in addressing a research gap at the intersection of effective pedagogical practices and BMI in the HEI context.
Data Modeling (DM) is an important area in the Information System (IS) learning. In particular, in the IS analysis phase business analysts need to provide a comprehensive notation to avoid misunderstanding between software engineers and customer. Teaching DM is a challenging task, mainly because it lays great emphasis on theory. It remains often abstract, not consensual and complex to implement in real setting. In order to better motivate learners, this paper aims to assess the integration of Serious Games (SGs) in the DM learning. Previous researches on learning with SGs has mainly been focused on other areas of the IS domain, such as Business Process Management (BPM). In an attempt to fill this gap, this paper presents an exploratory experiment on the usage of the SG innov8, carried out within a business school's master students. This SG initially designed for learning BPM, has been the subject of a gamification experiment in order to design a data model. The feedback from the students and teachers were quite positive.
Despite the rising potential of big data, a few studies have been conducted to examine it in the supply chain field. This article gives an overview of big data use in this field and underlines its potential role in the supply chain transformation by leading a systematic literature review. The results show that the big data analytics techniques can be categorized into three types: descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive and these in turn influence supply chain processes and creates value. We conclude by highlighting future research directions.
The digital transformation is still a protean concept, whose acceptances differ between practitioners and researchers. After a systematic literature review to clarify the definition and imensions of this topic, we conducted an exploratory qualitative study to better understand the stakes and impacts of the digital transformation of businesses. Our first results show that digitalization represents strategic, organizational and cultural stakes for the company and requires the commitment and involvement of Top management. This paper is a research in progress; others interviews are planned in order to better understand the process of transformation.
The growth of the huge data generation related to social media, mobile devices, and Internet of things, increases the urgent need of finding solutions to efficiently manage what we call Big Data. This latter refers to the practices of collection and processing of very large, varied and complex data, and associated techniques and technologies used to analyze in real time or batch these data. Despite the rising potential of big data, few studies characterize its governance. Drawing on a systematic literature review, this paper provides a n overview of the extant literature which helps to understand the big data governance and its characteristics. We conclude by highlighting future research directions in this area.

To date, healthcare organizations need well-established knowledge to support care quality. Managers invest in motivating medical staff and associated healthcare stakeholders to share their respective knowledge. Additionally, they invest in advanced technology to facilitate sharing process. However, these efforts essentially raise classification and privacy concerns. Technology configuration that does not meet management process requirements may lead to managerial difficulties. In fact, information classification in healthcare systems should respect privacy, yet still be accessible. Using qualitative research, our paper proposes a novel ontological model that extends the Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine Clinical Terms (SNOMED CT) with privacy dimension to enhance access to sensitive patient's data.
Digital market has never been so unstable due to more and more demanding users and new disruptive competitors. CEOs from most of industries investigate digitalization opportunities. Through a Systematic Literature Review, we found that digital transformation is more than just a technological shift. According to this study, these transformations have had an impact on the business models, the operational processes and the end-users experience. Considering the richness of this topic, we had proposed a research agenda of digital transformation in a managerial perspective.
Notre travail de recherche a consiste a examiner « comment et de quelle maniere le SI contribue-t-il a la performance organisationnelle » et a verifier si cette contribution differe selon l’orientation strategique de l’entreprise. Nous nous positionnons dans le courant de recherche de l’evaluation en nous basant sur la theorie de ressources, l’approche processuelle et le modele ISSM. Les responsables de 102 entreprises industrielles tunisiennes ont evalue les actifs de leur SI ainsi que leurs contributions aux processus et a la performance individuelle et organisationnelle. Des outils de mesure ont ete elabores et valides : qualite du SI, valeur d’usage du SI. Notre approche processuelle en quatre etapes assure une bonne explication de nos construits latents : qualite du SI, valeur d’usage du SI, contribution du SI a la performance individuelle et organisationnelle, performance concurrentielle et taux de croissance moyen du chiffre d’affaires. Notre modele structurel explique 12 % du taux de croissance du chiffre d’affaires avec un GoF de 54 %. Les relations entre l’orientation strategique, le SI et la performance, soulevent plusieurs dilemmes auxquels des recherches futures devraient pouvoir repondre.
