By means of IR spectroscopy it was established that the complex formation of (ethylene-bis(nitrilodimethylene))- and ((oxydiethylene)bis(nitrilodimethylene))-tetrakisphosphonic acids with indium is effected by the interaction of the metal with the nitrogen and oxygen atoms. The relative proportion of the complexes of indium with ((oxydiethylene)bis(nitrilodimethylene))tetrakisphosphonic acid in which a nitrogen atom is coordinated by metal falls with decrease in pH.
When making nitrilotrimethylphosphonic acid by the reaction of formaldehyde and ammonia derivatives with phosphorus trichloride or phosphorus acid in aqueous medium the main product was methylaminodimethylphosphonic acid.
Werden äquimolare Mengen der Phosphorigsäuredialkylester (I), der Ketone (II) und von Äthylendiamin (III) auf 60°C erwärmt, so entstehen die Tetraalkylester (IV).
A new group of ethylenediaminodialkylphosphonic acid esters and higher alcohols has been synthesized.
AbstractFormaldehyd (II) und Diäthylphosphit (III) reagieren mit N,N′‐Dimethyl‐äthylendiamin (I) zum Tetraäthylester (IV), der in kochender Salzsäure zur Säure (V) verseift wird.
New organophosphorus complexing agents were synthesized: ethylenediamino-N,N'-diethylphosphonic, N,N′-dimethylethylenediamino-N,N′-dimethylphosphonic, and N,N′-dimethylethylenediamino-N, N′-diethylphosphonic acids and also the iodomethylate of the last acid.
