针对自主设计研制的压电喷油器,利用喷油规律测试仪,试验研究了压电喷油器的喷油规律,并分析了喷油器在不同轨压和控制脉宽下的动态响应特性和喷射能力.结果表明:在不同轨压和控制脉宽下喷油器进行喷射时,喷油持续期较为稳定;当轨压从120 M Pa增加到160 M Pa时,喷油开启响应延迟仅增加了约14.5%;当控制脉宽从1.0ms增加到2.5ms时,喷油关闭响应延迟减小了约14.9%;喷油器进行多次喷射时,主预喷标准差分别仅为0.4和0.3左右.
采用Visual C++编程计算了所设计的蒸汽发生系统热力参数,分析其变工况性能,获得调控规律.基于该蒸汽发生系统,计算了化学回热循环燃气轮机的设计点和变工况性能.随着供人蒸汽发生系统的能量增加,蒸汽产量逐渐升高并维持在一个最大值,该最大值由高压闪蒸的压力决定.以蒸汽产量为蒸汽系统的设计目标时,补给水流量的最优值是设计点的值.化学回热循环系统较原型机效率提高,NOx排放减少,环境热污染减小.

基于AVL Excite Designer软件建立了6150型柴油机曲轴动力学模型,得到主轴承在标定工况下的轴心轨迹图及最小油膜厚度图,并据此对轴承的工作状况进行分析.试验结果和理论结果比较表明,最小油膜厚度理论值与试验值接近,但轴心运动轨迹的计算结果同试验结果有一定的偏差;同时试验也验证了所开发的试验装置可以方便地进行曲轴轴心轨迹的试验测量和分析,可以实时对船用柴油机的轴承工作状态进行评估.

Diesel engine comprehensive performance test and analysis system based on labview is used for testing all performance parameters of diesel engine, and can process, analyze and evaluate the test data. The diesel engine performance can be fully and exactly appraised by the technical support from this system. Use the system to test the 6135z diesel engine bench, the result shows the features of this system as following: good man-machine interface, simplicity of operator, good stability and reliability, easy-maintained, high integration, easy to extend and so on. The testing precision and effect meet the design requirements.

This paper expounds the necessity and importance for sealing large-scale hull infiltrated cuttings from the points of economy,fighting environment,task and army's morale,putting forward a set of flow for sealing such cuttings.Considering the limited space in warship,joggled material can be used instead of steel-sheet in large area.Some special materials for packing are suggested including joggled steel-sheet and quick-drying cement for cutting and welding equipments on water or under water,with the characters of small volume,light mass and powerful function.
The foundation of the accurate control to dual-arm is the analysis and kinematics equation, The kinematics model of dual- arm is established by DH transformation matrix in this paper. Solve transform relationship between position of the dual-manipulator gripper end in the Cartesian coordinate space and angle of each joint. The workspace of dual-manipulator is analyzed by using Matlab, and a simulation experiment is carried out. The simulation results verify the accuracy and effectiveness of solving the kinematic model.
