In view of the easy gushing of injecting water into predominant flow field in the development of Feiyantan oilfield,which has caused poor development effect,an inorganic particulate polymer gel deep profile control system and relevant construction technology were developed and applied at 9 oil wells in No.126 Block of Feiyantan oilfield.The success percent of the technology was 100%,the effectiveness percent at corresponding oil wells was 82.6%,accumulated crude oil production increase was 30.018 8 kt,the amount of water gushed - in was reduced by 2.3×10~4m~3,and the input - output ratio was 1:8.21,indicating this technology has good economic benefit.According to the results,the nonuniformity of oil reservoir can be adjusted effectively and the reservoir bed producing degree can be improved by this making use of inorganic particulate polymer gel deep profile control system,and it is an effective technology for improving water - flooding development of oilfield.
研究了改性水玻璃在高温、高矿化度下的温敏、盐敏现象,根据改性水玻璃的性质研究了新型水玻璃堵水剂并进行了矿场实施。结果表明,改性水玻璃在高温下能自身生成白色沉淀,与高矿化度地层水作用可以形成高粘物质,有效封堵地层中的大孔道;新型水玻璃堵水剂耐高温、高盐,物理模拟条件下有较好的封堵效果,适合高温高盐油藏的堵水调剖。
For the phenomenon of channeling present in oil reservoir at high temperature with high salinity, study of profile control and oil displacement reagent suitable for the oil reservoir was carried out,thus OYDH as the profile control and oil displacement reagent was developed,which was composed of hydrophobic associating water-soluble polymer,cross-linking agent containing aromatic ring and initiator.The effects of pH of solution,temperature,water salinity,heating time at constant temperature and heterogeneous core on the behavior of the profile control and oil displacement reagent were examined.The result showed that the profile control and oil displacement reagent had excellent behavior in controllable gelling time,temperature resistance of 80~120℃and salinity tolerance of 7 000 mg/L,thermal stability,capability to significantly improve the core of the heterogeneity and good ability to flood oil.The profile control and oil displacement reagent was applied in Shengtuo Oilfield T142X23 for profile control.Average water content dropped to 92.4%from 93.9%,and oil production raised to 20.3 t/d from 16.6 t/d showing it had good effects in increasing oil production and decreasing water content.
A linked polymer micro-ball system for deep profile control was developed.Its properties were evaluated in laboratory.The result indicated that the system had good hydration swelling property under high temperature and high salinity conditions.The cores were plugged step by step through"plugging-deformation -breakthrough-deepening-plugging again"cycles.In this way,the deep fluid flow direction was changed and the oil recovery was enhanced.The field application test in 3 wells of Yong 8 Fault Block showed that the polymer micro-ball system plugged high permeability strata effectively,increased water intake capacity of middle or low permeability strata and enhanced oil recovery.
