Objective:After the screening and identification of microbial species that lived in corn steep liquor(CSL),sereval major strains were analysed for its functions used in CSL preservation.Method:Observed the changes of CSL after the strains added to CSL with microbial agents complex at different fermentation period in a summer season of Henan province.Result:The addings of microbial agents complex could decrease the reducing sugar content(23%,40h)in CSL and increased the probiotics to 1.5×108 cfu /mL.Conclusion:The B.coagulans and S.cerevisiae combination(0.1%)were suitable for the CSL preservation.
In this paper,we reported a investigation about the bacteria and yeasts lived or contaminated in the corn steep liquor(CSL).After the separating and purifying manipulation,we identified 7 species of bacteria and 2 species of yeasts that were the main contaminating livings of the CSL based on the microscopic properties and 16SrDNA/18SrDNA/ITS sequences blast.This study is valuable for the CSL production and conservation engineering.

In particular, it is introduced primarily the realization of the collection and process of digital signal based on software Matlab and digital signal processor C6000. In addition, automatic code generator is applied to combine software Matlab with C6000 and it realizes the connection between high-level arithmetic and applied hardware of digital signal process which provides a favorable means to prophase development and arithmetic validity of the item.
