基于绝缘体上硅(SOI)制作了单环与双环滤波器,并且对其滤波特性进行研究,同时分析了光耦合系数对滤波器输出特性的影响.针对倏逝波耦合结构较弱的调谐能力,提出了马赫—曾德尔干涉仪(MZI)耦合器的改进结构,微环腔长均为1314μm的单环和双环滤波器,对于单双环,当电极功率分别为18~40 mW和21~33 mW时,可实现滤波器从欠耦合到临界耦合的调谐,且双环滤波器的中心波长在直通端电极功率0~21 mW范围移动了1 nm,相当于一个自由频谱宽度.
针对电磁阀特性的检测试验要求设计一种电磁阀特性测控系统.以工控机、PXI?3364多功能数据采集板卡及PXI?3305数字量I/O板卡为主要硬件,以LabVIEW作为软件算法的开发平台,完成对试验过程的测控.结果表明:所设计的测控系统满足使用要求,具备电磁阀流阻、 毫秒级响应时间及脉冲特性试验的检测等功能.研究结果为电磁阀特性检测提供了参考.
针对传统液压泵站无法远程监控、智能化程度不高等问题,设计了基于物联网的液压泵站远程监控系统.该监控系统采用STM32F103芯片为核心的控制器对现场仪器仪表进行数据采集和控制,通过4G无线通信模块与云端服务器进行数据交换.远程监控客户端通过以太网或WiFi与云端服务器相连接,实时与以STM32F103芯片为核心的控制器收发指令数据实现对液压泵站的远程监控.试验结果表明,该系统运行效果稳定,可以实时远程监控液压泵站的运行状态,系统最大相对误差为0.82%,控制精度可达-0.75%,为液压泵站的故障诊断及预测提供了一定的依据.
本文主要是对恒压变量斜盘式轴向柱塞泵的仿真分析,先后对其进行运动学分析,从而通过利用仿真软件AMEsim对轴向柱塞泵进行单个元件及整体进行建模,通过这次仿真分析,得出斜盘倾角对柱塞泵运行特性的影响,为轴向柱塞泵的特性及其故障分析提供了依据.
通过对井下巷道的空间模型进行研究,以SPIN路由算法为基础,提出了固定节点的SPIN改进路由算法,建立了井下无线传感器网络节点分布模型,保持了网络的路由统一性.试验结果表明,固定节点的SPIN改进路由算法延长了网络寿命,并减小了信息时延.

牵引治疗是颈椎病采取的有效方法,牵引设备加载过程非线性、时变性及干扰存在,使用传统控制方法难以建立精确地控制模型.使用智能控制方法,建立神经网络算法和模糊专家控制结合控制策略,系统己经在颈椎牵引设备上投入使用,现场运行结果表明系统工作可靠.
This paper discusses the problem of generating optimal cutting plan for circles. The cutting plan consists of several cutting patterns. First a knapsack algorithm that generating four-block cutting patterns of circle strips was constructed; then the sequential value correction heuristic algorithm was used to generate the cutting plan, it iteratively calls the above knapsack algorithm procedure improves the objective function based on the principle of minimum production cost and correct the current value of circles, generates a new pattern according to the current value; in the end a set of optimal cutting patterns was choose to form the cutting plan. The cutting stock algorithm was tested with the benchmark problems of literatures, and compared with the T-shape algorithm and heuristic algorithm. The results of numerical experiments show that, the material utilization rate of the algorithm is higher 0.83% and 3.63% than the above two algorithms.
借助于ANSYS有限元软件的热-结构耦合功能,考虑焊接温度场对应力应变场的单项耦合作用,针对起重机主梁箱形结构腹板与翼板焊接处的角焊缝进行有限元分析,运用软件的生死单元技术,模拟焊接过程中焊接热源沿着焊缝不断移动的过程,并给出不同焊接速度下焊接温度场的变化规律.
This paper illustrates a vehicular charger system applied in the electric vehicles and proposes the whole design scheme. Besides, it also presents the hardware circuit of the main control unit and the design of the software program as well as the system's working principle. This vehicular charger system can achieve interactive communication through CAN bus and BMS. It can also change the way of charging based on the real-time state of battery and realize intellectual management of charging in electric vehicles.

本丈介绍一种轮胎硫化生产实时监控系统.利用PLC采集生产现场的实时数据,在VB编写的OPC客户端实时显示,并由PLC完成生产过程控制.该方法已应用于实际项目,目前系统运行稳定可靠,效果良好.
