Personal-focused technology puts in the centre of educational system the person, which aspires to the maximal realization of the opportunities. The basic concepts in personal-focused doctrine is the training and development of the schoolboy during pedagogics of cooperation.
Three systems are compared for regulating the relationships between means of measurement and means of checking them as stages in the development of data support to a suite of means of measurement: test schemes, an indicator for sets of checking facilities, and a computerized data system based on personal computers, which can be considered as an automated version and index for the sets of checking facilities and test schemes. The system contains codified forms of test schemes, regions, groups of means of measurement, test equipment sets, and elements in the sets. It also contains standards for the labor involved in test operations, prices, transportation tariffs, and other data.
The electrochemical behavior in the adsorbed state (on a pyrographite electrode) of metal complexes of a number of derivatives of dibenzo[c,j]dipyrazolo[3,4-f: 3′,4′-m][1,2,5,8,9,12]hexaazacyclotetradecynates was studied by cyclic voltammetry. The determining role of the nature of the side groups of the complex on the character of its electrochemical behavior on the electrode surface was noted. The reversible redox transitions observed on the potentiodynamic curves were ascribed to reduction and oxidation of the aza groups of the complexes. The irreversible redox processes were ascribed to reduction of the side groups of the complex, which is accompanied by attachment to the electrode surface, and to their oxidative destruction.

The subjective error in decoding a circular diagram is a substantial component of the total circular-diagram measurement error. It was found that in measuring roundness irregularities below 1 μ, which corresponds to shape precision I, II, and III of GOST (All-Union State Standard) 10356-63, the subjective decoding error may attain 50% of the measured quantity.
The main attention of psycho-engineering research in the State service of testing measuring equipment should be paid to studying interaction processes in “instrument-operator” testing systems (IOTS) for the purpose of discovering the particular features of this process, which are due to the complexity of the operator's tasks, design peculiarities of the instruments' indicators and control members, the properties of media, the condition and special features of the operator's nervous system. It is known from the experience of psycho-engineering investigations that it is possible to obtain an adequately complete information on specific interaction between man and equipment in laboratory experiments by imposing strict limitations. In IOT systems the actions of operators is also severely restricted, thus making the investigation of such systems promising.
