Based on the data from a steel company, this paper applied life cycle assessment and GaBi 4. 3 to analyze the material, energy consumption and emission during production of 1 t on steel by CML2001 method was used to perform environmental impact assessment of steel production. The results showed that the major environmental impact of BF?BOF steelmaking process includes aquatic ecotoxicity, human toxicity, fossil energy depletion and mineral resource depletion from coking, sintering, blast furnace and steel scrap recycling. And climate change, human toxicity, aquatic ecotoxicity, solid waste take up 30%, 95%, 50% and 90% of the total environmental impact, respectively. The major environmental impact of electric furnace steelmaking process includes mainly climate change, acidification and photochemical ozone formation from the molten iron and electric steelmaking processes. So a reliable basis of for decision making for iron and steel enterprises to adjust two different processes is provided. And the research helps to accurately discover energy saving, reduce the potential for environmental load in various aspects of the production process, thus contribute to iron and steel enterprises to improve or optimize production processes.
建立了玻璃幕墙光污染的测量模型,以目标幕墙的照度和亮度作为主要测量指标,从而确定影响玻璃幕墙光污染其他主要因素.以沈阳华润大厦为例完成玻璃幕墙光污染影响程度的实地监测与评价分析,得出玻璃幕墙光污染主要影响因素为测量仰角、相对幕墙的方位角和测量距离;玻璃幕墙光污染影响程度和影响范围随环境的变化而变化;当目标玻璃幕墙的反射光亮度小于10 000 cd/m2时,对人视觉影响较小,当亮度大于200 000 cd/m2时,出现反射光最强点,对人视觉影响较大,人们难以忍受.最后,基于建立的测量方案和评价理论对沈阳市典型玻璃幕墙的光环境进行监测与评价,以建筑物高度、仰角、眩光等级、距离、照度、亮度、周围环境、天气状况作为评价指标,结果表明沈阳市太原街商圈和华润大厦附近光污染最为严重.
基于全过程分析和情景分析建立耦合模型,从中国钢铁工业的发展模式和政策角度,结合中国当前成熟的节能减碳技术,分析中国钢铁工业CO2的低碳发展模式和相关政策,并探讨未来中国钢铁工业CO2的最优减排量和优化技术路线.分析结果表明:若控制好经济发展和钢产量速度,实施提出的减碳技术路线,与2010年相比到2020年中国钢铁工业在焦化、烧结、炼铁、转炉、电炉和轧钢工序单位产品可减少CO2排放量分别为77.33、4.4、7.13、54.36、116.2和42kg/t;若同时保证相关末端处理技术的实施,到2020年吨钢CO2排放量为1.49t.可见,建立中国钢铁工业的低碳发展模式,主要在于促进相关成熟技术利用的政策调整,该发展模式可为中国钢铁行业的持续发展提供一定的理论依据.
With the widely application of LED in city, complains from light pollution incidents had gradually increased, and there still had no quantitative monitoring and evaluating of it.For these reasons, the studies of monitoring light pollution of LED need to be established urgently.Six representative regions of LED in Shenyang were chose to be monitored.By measuring the light pollution of LED screen, the main factors affecting the night light pollution were analyzed.The results showed that, distance, ambient lighting, angle, LED screen area and illumination had direct impact on light pollution of LED.Based on monitoring and analyzing, evaluation system of LED ’ s light pollution was established.The light pollution was ranked according to human senses into 5 scales:More serious, serious, general, mild, no effect.At last, the extent and scope of LED’s light pollution in Shenyang residential areas were defined.It can provide a theoretical basis for quantitative evaluation of LED light pollution, as well as beneficial to the establishment of relevant laws and regulations.
