锯材干燥预热需要大量蒸汽,为节约能源,本研究开展了减少蒸汽用量的研究.以柞木为研究对象,用预热时间表示蒸汽用量作为考察指标,通过对干燥窑内介质温度、锯材厚度和锯材初始含水率开展研究,得出三者同预热时间之间的关系及规律,从而为实际生产中预热时间的合理设定提供参考.
随着森林资源的减少,木地板的生产面临着较为严重的资源短缺问题,面对急剧上升的市场需求和原材料的严重匮乏,则需要积极拓宽地板芯材原材料的来源,充分提高木材的利用率.落叶松是我国数量较大的树种之一,木材加工企业每年都会产生大量的木材加工剩余物——树皮,这些树皮通常都被浪费或烧掉.由于树皮中含有导热性小的木栓层,因此其具有低导热性和良好的减震隔音性能,非常适合于制造地板和减震垫板等建筑材料.本文探讨了以落叶松树皮板作为实木复合地板基材的可行性,并对其进行了性能检测.
Larch wood surface is divided into three different lightness areas according to the change characteristics of its wood color,and the change law of four wood color indicators in each lightness area under normal temperature drying conditions is studied.The results show that drying conditions have caused a significant change in the wood color of different lightness areas,but that the change degree is different.
Processing biomass materials into oriented strand composite boards is an important way to improve their bearing capacity and an important direction for wood industry development, complying with the China’s goal to construct ecological civilization, realize economic transformation development and build a well-off society. Starting from three kinds of raw materials, timber, bamboo and crop straw, the research progress, development direction and existing issues concerning these materials in the field of oriented strand composite boards are analyzed, with relevant scientific research work as the entry point, with the aim to provide reference.
