On the basis of revealing the mechanism of rural credit input and service outsourcing level to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas, this paper uses dynamic panel model and spatial lag model to quantitatively analyze the effect relationship between rural credit input, service outsourcing level and urban-rural income gap.The research shows that both rural credit investment and service outsourcing are conducive to narrowing the urban-rural income gap and showing obvious regional differences. Rural credit investment can indirectly narrow the urban-rural income gap through the intermediary variable of service outsourcing. The spatial effect of rural credit investment on narrowing the urban-rural income gap is not obvious, while the level of service outsourcing has a significant negative spatial effect on the urban-rural income gap.Therefore, it is necessary to increase the supply of rural credit, innovate the rural financial service model, perfect the function of service outsourcing market based on the demand of rural households for outsourcing services, implement regional differentiation strategies, strengthen cooperation and exchanges of the regional social service organizations, and give full play to the spillover effects of spatial interaction.
新时代发展背景下,环境规制的内涵有了新的时代特色,信息披露作为一种公众参与型非正式环境规制工具在解决环境问题中的作用也逐渐凸显.从地市级城市宏观和企业微观双视角验证其影响:环境信息披露的实施促进了绿色创新发展,符合环境规制的创新"补偿效应"理论逻辑,四大经济区和经济特区环境信息披露的绿色创新发展效应区域差异显著;环境信息披露显著促进了清洁型企业绿色创新发展,却抑制了污染型企业绿色创新发展,相比而言,对清洁型企业绿色创新发展的影响程度略小;微观企业层面验证了环境信息披露显著促进企业绿色创新发展,东部经济区创新"补偿效应"大于成本"抵消效应",环境信息披露促进企业绿色创新发展,中部、西部和东北部可能由于其对创新成本产生的"挤占效应",环境信息披露对创新发展具有阻碍作用.研究结论进一步补充了环境规制的创新补偿效应观点,对中国制定环境规制政策驱动绿色创新发展有一定的启发作用.
我国原油对外贸易依存度一直居高不下,国际原油价格的剧烈波动会影响经济若干环节的产品价格,进而影响宏观经济的未来发展趋势.在2004年1月至2021年1月的布伦特原油期货月度数据均值的基础上,运用GSADF方法检验布伦特原油期货价格是否存在泡沫,发现期货价格在2008年4月至2008年6月和2014年10月至2015年1月期间存在两个明显的投机性泡沫,在此基础上分析认为影响这泡沫区间形成主要因素是投机资金的炒作和新能源的冲击.

The fertilization characteristics and the nutrient profit and loss in apple orchards of Yimeng Mountain area were investigated from 2009 to 2010 to provide the scientific basis for the nutrient input.The results showed that:high quality organic fertilizer was used in 87.1% orchards;compound fertilizer was used in all orchards;and compound fertilizer with high content of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium was used in 7.1% orchards.Both organic and chemical fertilizers were excessively used,especially the chemical fertilizer.The nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in organic fertilizer accounted for 101.1%,143.4% and 67.6% of theoretical requirement respectively,and in chemical fertilizer for 160.3%,184.8% and 132.0% respectively.The orchards with nutrient surplus for nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium accounted for 96.2%,100.0% and 84.9% of the total survey orchards respectively,and 0.067 hm2 mean surplus of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium were 73.9 kg,57.6 kg and 45.1 kg respectively.The result of pH analysis indicated that the slightly acidic and neutral soil of some orchards had been acidized significantly.It was suggested that grass-growing and mulching could be used as a major approach to increase the organic matter in the soil;that soil regime,tree vigour and the performance of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in the soil should be considered before fertilization;and that the nutrient content of organic fertilizer should be taken into account when the nutrient input was calculated.Meanwhile,the reference fertilizing scheme for apple orchards in Yimeng Mountain area and fertilizing principle for retarding soil acidizing progress were proposed.
2008~2010年连续3年对沂蒙山区苹果产业重点县沂源、沂水、蒙阴的盛果期果园进行肥料管理情况调研。结果发现有机肥肥源严重不足;化肥施用过量,果园土壤已经出现酸化;氮、磷、钾素肥料施用量均偏高;砂性土壤氮、钾素流失严重;各种土质果园磷素出现过量累积等问题。建议在有机肥源不足情况下,倡导实行秸秆覆盖,以尽大限度地培肥地力;根据土壤质地、地力及产量确定施肥量及施肥次数。
Coating-anti-fog film and inner-added anti-fog film were used as experiment materials to study it's effect on Temperature,humidity and light transmittance in greenhouse in order to provide theoretical basis for research and development of fruit special ?greenhouse film.The results showed that coating-anti-fog film is more effective not only at heat preservation and humidity reduction,but at light transmission with light transmittance of 2.3%-5% higher and UV transmittance of 2%-15% higher as compared uith mner-added anti-fog film.
