The systems of videoconferencing as the main components of the organization of troop management organization are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to aviation control systems and air defense in the area of anti-terrorist operations. The analysis of the process of organizing and functioning of videoconferencing in control systems has been analyzed, which revealed the main security risks of the video resource. Considered ways to increase the efficiency of management and operational activities, due to methods of compensation of motion, using technology to reduce the volume of video data for quality improvement. It is proposed to use the developed block search template for the method of matching the blocks of processing of dynamic video objects.
Distance education and blended learning has been becoming a major alternative to traditional teaching all over the world. The paper discloses the benefits and disadvantages of e-learning at Ukrainian Universities in particular at Ternopil V. Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University as the representative when compare to European models of distance education. Distance education at Ukrainian Universities bases on the principle of individuality and supports by tutor. Using multivariate statistics it has proven that self-motivation and both intrinsic and extrinsic goal orientation predict student success in distance education and e-learning. The perceived learning outcome is positively associated with to self-regulation, learning styles and success.
The paper conducted analysis of matrix and multilayer structures of algorithms for multiplication of binary numbers and determined their advantages and disadvantages. The hardware and time characteristics of matrix and multilayer binary number multipliers with the use of improved structures of single-digit full and half adders are investigated. Using theory of spatio-temporal graphs recursive multistep structures of the multipliers are developed. The analytical expressions for evaluation of the complexity of developed multiplier structures are obtained. It is determined that the algorithmic and conveyor structures of the multipliers have high speed and require significant hardware complexity, in contrast to the proposed multi-cycle structures that have significantly lower performance, but the hardware complexity and the corresponding occupied area on the crystal are minimal. Synthesis of developed multiplier structures on the Xilinx FPGA is performed and the convergence of theoretical and practical results of researches is shown.
The paper deals with the possible comparative analysis methods of the cryptographic primitives' properties. Methods of comparative analysis - analytic hierarchy process and variations of weight indices methods are investigated and analyzed. Conclusions are made and recommendations on the use of the cryptographic primitives' estimation methods are provided. Also the paper is devoted to the comparative analysis of candidates for the post-quantum key encapsulation standard according to the determined estimation technique. During the analysis, the technique of comparing cryptographic algorithms on the basis of expert estimations using the combination of conditional and unconditional criteria by the analytic hierarchy process was used.
The statement was formulated and the mathematical modeling of the stressed-strained state (SSS) problem of the soil mass considering mass and heat transfer under filtering of salt solutions in the three-dimensional case was conducted. There is obtained the numerical solution of respective boundary value problem.
Today network security is major problem faced not only by small companies but big giants like Samsung and Google. Traditional architecture of internet is vulnerable to DDoS attacks and it provides an opportunity to an attacker to get access to a great amount of compromised hosts by using their vulnerabilities to create attack networks or Botnets. Although a number of defense techniques and countermeasures against DDoS attacks are developed, the number of such attacks is still increasing. The main reason for that is that scientists and law enforcement agencies are still not able to answer a important question: where is the real source of DDoS attack? In this paper, we tend to survey different types of traceback techniques and methodologies.
