Combined with practical construction works in the double line engineering of Xiang-Yu railway(Chengdu railway bureau section),the construction scheme of blasting engineering is introduced.Further introduction is also made on the construction steps,blasting system setting,safety design,operation protection and on-site inspection for blasting construction.Practice show this blasting scheme is practicable,efficient,safe and reliable.

City life garbage refers to solid waste which comes from everyday llfe or actives which provide services for city daily life ,as well as legal and administrative provisions as city living garbage.With the acceleration of Chinas urbanization process and the improvement of people's living standards,Municipal solid waste is to grow at a rate of between 8% and 10% each year,if the garbage problem is not solved properly,it will be restricted the development of Lanzhou.Based on studying the lanzholu city gar- bage disposal in the present situation and analyzing the exiting problems,according to the characteristic of the city garbage in Lanzhou,propose the treating method of the city garbage in Lanzhou:the city garbage in Lanzhou should pursue the system of cat- egorized collection,and should move from the single sanitary landfill treatment toward the resources comprehensive treatment.
Based on theoretical analysis,a new process to treat municipal wastewater——high-loading adsorption biodegradation regeneration process is reported in this paper.This process can remove pollutants mainly by flocculation,adsorption and biological metabolism function and the former two functions are predominant.The municipal wastewater full-scale test results show that the process can increase the removal rates of SS,COD,SCOD,BOD and other pollutants in wastewater.It is a feasible method for arid and water-deficient areas to realize sewage recycle in northwest China.
