According to EN 15227: 2020 Railway application-Crashworthiness requirements for rail vehicles, the collision simulation analysis of metro trains is generally carried out on straight lines, while the collision research on curved lines is relatively few. metro trains will also collide when running on curved lines, which leads to put forward the need of collision analysis on curved lines. Therefore, this paper studies the modeling method and simulation analysis of collision of metro trains moving on curves, and compares and analyzes the results of curve collision and straight collision, which provides reference for collision analysis of trains on curves.
内燃动车组的动力包安装对车体结构提出了更高的要求,文章以出口东南亚的某内燃动车组为例,分析了动力包的安装结构及检修孔对车体强度、刚度等车体承载性能的影响,以及进排气口对车体装配、密封、排水等方面的要求,详细阐述了内燃动车组车体结构设计中的重点和难点问题,并对动力包的隔热设计及车体轻量化设计进行了介绍.该内燃动车组车体的结构强度满足标准EN 12663-1:2010+A1:2014的要求.
