LNG汽车产业是一种新兴的汽车产业,做好LNG汽车产业发展的可行性研究和评价是推广这项新兴产业的前提和基础.从技术、经济、环保、资源保障能力4个方面分析了发展LNG汽车产业的可行性,构建了LNG汽车产业发展可行性评价指标体系,通过建立合理的因素集、评价集、权重集等,提出了利用多层模糊综合评价对发展LNG汽车产业可行性进行评价的具体方法,并运用实例进行具体的计算和分析.多层模糊综合评价结果表明,LNG汽车产业发展的可行性是非常好的,推广和使用LNG汽车是十分可行的.可行性评价结果可以为政府或企业发展LNG汽车产业的科学决策提供重要依据.
The authors of this paper investigate the process of separation of single drops flowing off inclined plate in separator,analyze the process what is actually happening and give some proposal.The mathematical model of gas-liquid separation and the computational formula of configuration design are developed based on the design criteria of the ordinary horizontal type gas-liquid separator.By comparing calculation and analysis,the practical popularization the inclined plate gravity gas-liquid separator is given.
A mobile, multistage and skid-mounted oil well metering device is developed for the traditional measurement can't meet the needs of yield test of each oil well in the process of production, especially, it can't survey or record gas production at test stage and is difficult to implement accurate measurement in rather wide measurement range. The structure, operation principle, key technical indexes, systematical composition, key problems in technology and consideration for design are introduced. Based on the traditional technology and empirical foundation, several key technologies, such as high efficient gas-liquid spiral flow and separation, high efficient multistage liquid-liquid spiral flow and separation, emulsion breaking technology, improving the pure oil measuring accuracy by multi-time settling out, the unload technology of the metering separator and the selection criteria of the optimum flow measurement are presented. Two issues are studied in detail, which are how to improve measuring accuracy by exploding emulsified water to enhance separating effect at the series cyclone time, the problem of the parameter control mode is seriously considered, the primary factor is either underset or overfall.
In drilling process of high sulphur content oil gas field,cutter ram was apt to fail,which was exposed in hydrogen sulfide,and it was possible to be corroded and cracked under sulphide stress,causing drill pipe not to be cut quickly and a serious accident developed finally.To avoid the occurrence of this phenomenon,a new proposal of using water jet cutting technology in place of cutter ram cut drill pipe and drill collar was developed.By analyzing the mechanism and the property of abrasive water jet cutting,the feasibility of abrasive water jet cutting technology in place of cutter ram cut drill pipe and drill collar were obtained theoretically.Only the appropriate parameters was selected and cutting time was controlled within the set closing time,abrasive water jet cutting technology could replace cutter ram.
Base on the characteristics of AC motor,the program designing and hardware composing of one soft-starter used in AC motor with PIC16F877 microcontroller are mainly discussed.The characteristics and applications of the main chips used in this system are introduced concisely.The program and hard ware are finished.It can run well while testing.
