The green development quality of the construction industry has vital environmental and economic effects. To explore regional differences and convergence, and further provide a reference for the government. Based on the panel data of construction industry development in 31 provinces from 2006 to 2020, this study measured the green development quality of the construction industry in two-dimensional space-time, focuses on the regional differences, the dynamic evolution trend and the convergence of distribution. The findings supported the fact that the green development quality of construction industry was fluctuating upward trend, the overall difference decreased, and the regional difference showed heterogeneity. The convergence rate in the central region was higher than that in the western region, and there was an obvious “catch-up effect.” The green development quality of the construction industry in the national, central region and western region has absolute β convergence. The green development quality of the construction industry in the national, the eastern region and the central region has conditional β convergence. The influence of control variables shows heterogeneity. Based on the conclusions of this study, policy recommendations are put forward from the aspects of science and technology investment, human capital investment and green construction mode.

With the vigorous development of cultural industry, there are some problems in the development of cultural industry in Shandong Province, such as large investment, low efficiency, unbalanced resource allocation, lack of human resources and weak public cultural awareness.How to maintain the high-quality sustainable development of cultural industries in Shandong Province has become the focus of regional management decision makers.The measurement and heterogeneity of high-quality development level of cultural industry in Shandong Province have been studied many times by experts in China and abroad, and its theoretical basis and research methods have also been demonstrated and adopted many times.Based on this, this study puts forward DEA-Malmquist index analysis method to study.Under the premise of drawing on the research status at home and abroad and the research of experts and scholars, this study constructs a set of research index system and research model of high-quality development of cultural industry from the perspective of input-output efficiency, and puts forward some suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of cultural industry in Shandong Province.

Based on reviewing a large number of relevant literatures at home and abroad, this paper systematically reviews the theoretical and applied aspects of social representation theory, and summarizes the application paradigm, which suitable for social representation theory provides theoretical and practical guidance for the latter research and application of social representation theory.

With the continuous deepening of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy, the promotion of cultural industry competitiveness has become the focus of regional development, and the evaluation of cultural industry competitiveness has become a research hotspot for experts and scholars. The traditional empirical evaluation focuses on the selection and innovation of the evaluation model, and often ignores the construction and improvement of the most important evaluation index system. The article takes the competitiveness of cultural industry as the object, and starts from the construction of the index system, innovatively introduces the "index loop method", and combines the factor analysis method to study the correlation, discriminative power and rationality of the cultural industry competitiveness evaluation index system. It has formed a set of perfect evaluation index system construction methods, which provides research reference and practical guidance for the development of experts, scholars and cultural industries in the same industry.

Based on the demand situation for applied technology talents, this paper discusses the significance of constructing application-oriented talents’ evaluation system for applied-Technical University, and the importance of training the applying technique-oriented talents to meet the social standard. Based on this, the paper focuses on discussing how to construct a set of evaluation terms which accord with the application of technical-oriented talents. We discussed the evaluation system from the aspects of comprehensiveness of evaluation subjects, mutual pushing of evaluation level, the identification of evaluation indexes and completeness of evaluation system. Based on the previous research and the combination of subjective and objective methods, this paper makes the evaluation standard of applied technology-based talents for the application of technology-based university and contributes to the evaluation of applied technical talents.

In recent years, the competition in the banking industry has intensified. How to choose an effective development strategy in an increasingly competitive environment is an urgent problem. Taking DYLS Bank as the object, according to the external macro environment of PEST model, the industry competition environment of Porter's five-force model and its own development status, the DELPHI-SWOT hybrid analysis model is used to sort out the internal and external factors affecting the development strategy of DYLS Bank. The study concluded that DYLS Bank should choose a differentiated strategy and segment it from product differentiation, service differentiation and image differentiation to lay the foundation for pointing out the development strategy of DYLS Bank.
